We've bought 3 vans from Hastings Van Center since starting our Plumbing & Heating business in 2017. All 3 vans have been faultless since purchase.

Hastings Van Centre are a pleasure to deal with, can't thank Adam and Mark enough. We've got a fleet of fantastic vans now thanks to those guys.

Had a puncture on my van right outside HVC. They could not have been more helpful, got me sorted & going again. what a great bunch of guys & I wasn't even a customer. Imagine how good they are when your Buying from them. I definitely would go here if I was in the market for a van, or a car.

Fantastic customer service. Rhys, Steve and Adam worked very fast on an urgent MOT for my car (after putting it off, I suddenly realised it expired on midnight that day 😭🚘...) Did it that day and courteous too. Thank you gentlemen!

Excellent service from this garage. Had a two rear hand brake cable replaced, done in under an hour and only charged for half hour. Had to pop back without an appointment for adjustment as not holding 100%. Asked if they could do it there and then and to my surprise they pushed out the vehicle being worked on, took my van in and fixed there and then free of charge.
Hard to find service like that these days.

I have used the garage over the years for other repairs and hire, again I've always had great service.

DON'T USE THIS GARAGE!!
I almost had a SERIOUS ACCIDENT!! You pay more thinking you will be safe with the 6 month warranty but when I went to use it because the engine light came on on the dash, they just turned the light off and don't repair. I almost had a serious accident and had to pay another garage to solve the problem. They will write in the negative comments here that you didn't use their services. THEY ARE LIERS!! TRUST ME.

This company will try to bully you with bad reviews. They are not trust worthy. Very agreesive and scream at you down the phone. They get work done at another supplier and drop it on your door step to sort out. We have proof in multiple ways that we didnt carry out the work they are claiming we did. They have no evidence and no invoice. We have all the details, CCTV from our van and even the owners signature to say what work was actually done. Do not work with them as a supplier or a customer ever!!
Only ever heard bad things about them from others and their aggressive behaviours and experienced it myself.
Now trying to flood our Google reviews with fake ones being left by their members of staff and family members.
It's very sad that people can't just be honest when they make a mistake rather than trying to attack others.

Our go to place anytime we need to rent a car. Guys over there are very nice - we came 15 min before the opening time, patiently waiting outside and without requesting any special treatment the guy came out to hand over the car with all documentation prepared and ready to go. The smoothest rental experience I ever had! Also, their cost is always significantly lover that ANY competitor not only in Hastings but also neighbouring towns. Highly recommend!
