Very nice company to deal with no pushy salesmen brought a new royal enfield bullet trails off them, smooth transactions would highly recomend. See Jay and I'm sure he will do his upmost to make your purchase as easy as mine.

What a wonderful place ! The customer service is on point and they take their time with you. As a first time newbie at this they talked me through everything and put me at ease and helped me choose the right bike without any sales pitch or pressure. They looked after my bike for me while I was sorting out insurance and my CBT ect ect and even delivered it at short notice ! Wonderful shop and a brilliant team working here, I'd recommend this to any first timer considering getting a bike

I do like to do my research and this was my first bike, with my CBT coming up. Do you know that feeling when you make an enquiry and you feel more knowledgeable than the salesmen? This was NOT the case at Smalley Cross.

Michael was super super kind and did not let the conversation drag; he'd reply to every email within hours and was attentive, sharing pictures of the bike and all questions/information I asked about.

I sent the enquiry to some 50 dealers as this was a new bike, half of them didn't even replied and out of those the majority would say 'that model doesn't exist' or would reply days later...! Michael's attention was amazing and I've felt this is the first dealership where I've been properly taken care of, including car dealerships.

Michael knocked on my door just as I was sorting insurance on the phone, then he explained me all the buttons and general housekeeping of the bike, last he offered to park it in the garage. It came test ridden for 6 miles and once here they gave me the booklets/folder with registration info and other bits.

Super impressed and will be the first guys I come to when I upgrade after my full license...! Thank you both Michael and Smalley Cross!

Great little dealership with friendly staff and a relaxed feel. Turned up on a Saturday afternoon and managed to take two bikes out for test rides. A no pressure approach from salesman Jay was most welcome.
Will return when I decide which Royal Enfield to buy.
