Super helpful and upbeat. Even organised delivery of my Honda Monkey by Simon, who took great care unloading my bike and running through all the paperwork with me.
When I first saw the Honda Monkey I'm ashamed to say I laughed. But having ridden it several times now, it's such good fun 🤠
If you are looking for a bike and want great customer service, some good quality accessories and good nosh in the Cafe. You could literally spend all day here!!

Bought a two year old Africa Twin and they couldn't have been more helpful.
I noticed an issue with the screen and absolutely no problem they will replace it 😁👍 vast clothing department and again very helpful.
Can't wait to pick it up and do some miles on it👍👍👍

Collected my Yamaha from them yesterday, delighted with the bike and the superb customer service. They looked after everything and made the purchase an absolute pleasure. The 'Congratulations' sign on my new bike was a nice touch. Definitely recommend them.

I recently bought my first motobike from Bridge, the whole process was really straight forward and stress free thanks to the team of people they have working there. I delt with a salesman called Dave who was really friendly and showed a genuine interest in doing what ever he could to get everything sorted for me. I feel as if he really went the extra mile to get everything sorted for me which I really appreciate and his customer service is second to none, I couldn't have asked for a better salesman and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a bike weather your experienced or not

Loved my experience here, wanted a super soco tc which they didn't have in stock so Chris took care of everything for me.
Within 15 minutes Chris had found the model and colour I wanted and ordered it.
Delivery was 9 days which was great and on collection he even lent me his lunch backpack to carry home my documents etc.
Very responsive answering emails.
I would highly recommend.
Establishment is very up to date, modern, fresh and even has a cafe and hairdressers.

Enjoyed welcome coffee and sausage roll. Had a nice chat with another biker. Good meeting place.
