Norton Way Honda Bikes

Michael Boef is by far the best sales person I have ever came across! Travelled all the way from London to buy a CB650F from Norton Way Letchworth which was shipped from Honda Chiswick in London. I could have bought this bike in London which would have been more convenient but due a negative experience at Honda Chiswick I didn't want to set my foot there ever again. Michael got the bike transferred to Letchworth, sent a video presentation and always kept the highest communication standards during the selling process. Give this man a promotion.

Complimentary coffee was an awesome first impression of this dealership. Wasn't much room dedicated to selling their motorbikes though. Would of liked to have maybe sat on a couple to get a feel of them but wasn't really possible. Showroom is definitely big enough to give the bikes a bigger split but enjoyed my visit all the same. Fantastic service from Norton way Letchworth. Phoned to put a deposit down on a nice honda and got chatting with a friendly and very helpful Alex. Only to find out there was quite a wait on the bike I was after. Any how I put the deposit down and accepted I'd have to wait for a while. Little did I know that I'd get a call back a couple of hours later to be told there was a cancellation of the bike I was after and thought I'd be interested. After a rough couple of months this chap has made my day week and year. Fully recommend anyone to pop down if your lookin for a new bike and good service.

Now on my second Honda shared with my son - CRF300L very nice bike and just had the 600 mile oil change. My son just noticed they had put a new screw in the number plate which had sheared off when off roading and we had temporarily bodged with a tie-wrap and forgotten all about it. They didn't even mention they had done this. Excellent service well done Norton Way Honda.

Had a fault on the bike. They fixed it under warranty, gave me a loan bike while mine was in the garage and when I picked it up they had valeted my bike and i think they topped up the petrol. I get free tea on every visit too. Staff are friendly and helpful 🙂

Just had my bike in for its first annual/6k service. Great service from all the guys, thanks to Keith for the service & the chat! Great to catch up with Mark & Alex in sales.

I phoned Norton way Honda looking for a part for my 16-year-old zoomer to be told there is a recall on that part, so it was booked in and fixed straight away they even sent me a video of the health check they carried out nice touch I would recommend this dealership to anyone first class service

When to a view a bike excellent dealership , Mark the salesman was helpful and very knowledgeable, finally struck a deal with the manager and Mark bike purchased I would highly recommend
