Booked in a bike for a service.
Turned up and they claimed it wasn’t booked it. 3 days later I had to call to find out he had done nothing, and not even looked at what I asked them to. Then still wanted payment for something that wasn’t done.
Also claimed that the bike wouldn’t pass a MOT due to some other issues. Took it elsewhere and it passed.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here. But this was my experience here and want to let others know.
Up to you what you want to do, but not the 1st to complain about poor service

I would not recommend this place I got my son a bike from them last year the all we have was trouble with the bike and now the bike has gone bang
