Great vibe, on nice day it's great just for a visit, loads to see. The Ducati showroom is very impressive, lots of drooling to be done. Dedicated area for the Scrambler range. I have made purchases from the parts dept, the gentleman who served me was careful to ensure he sold me the correct oil for my bike, so much so he came outside to see what machine it was going in, appreciated, Thanks.

Had a service done last month and was told i needed new brake pads, chain & sprockets and hopefully have it ready for this month. They even forgot to do a valve check as well. Said they’ll get those parts ordered but they didn’t when yesterday my chain snapped on the way to work. Was told i had to wait till April for it to be sorted.

Really helpful advise for someone buying a bike with no prior knowledge. No pressure at all and even went to the extra effort of storing and delivering it to me at the required date. Highly recommend.

I am always really pleased with the service I receive at Seastar. Everyone there - from clothing, sales, and parts & servicing - is super friendly, and it seems they cannot do enough to help.
I booked my bike in for a service today, which was completed quicker than they had originally quoted for, and I was only charged for the time it actually took. They explained everything that they had checked, and provided me with no-pressure quotes for replacement parts too.
I highly recommend Seastar!

Terrible customer service attitude, that's the second time I've been in and not even an acknowledgement from the staff and the place was empty. I was in looking for a Pikes Peak Multistrader but will be taking my business elsewhere, could learn a thing or two from Ducati Manchester.
