Simon was interested in my custom from the first enquiry. Always had a positive and friendly manner and what he promised always happened. I've purchased previously nearer to home and had awful attitude and response from two of my local dealers.

Picked up my new PCX 125 this morning. I have to say that the team at North West Honda are amazing. I arranged a trade in with my C90 and got a fair price from Andy O,sullivan. He kept me informed every step of the way by email and arranged to have my new bike ready for collection with all the paperwork etc, even though he was off today. His colleagues were just as helpful and made the whole process an absolute breeze. I would highly recommend North West Honda to anyone looking for a motorcycle. 5 star ++

Just received my Super Cub and have found the whole process very easy. The bike took a little longer to arrive than I'd have preferred but that was down to stock availability in Europe and choosing a very popular model.
Chris kept me informed throughout the sale and has been very helpful going above and beyond. The delivery wasn't exactly straightforward due to my circumstances but again North West Honda dealt with it quickly and with the minimum amount of fuss.
Great bike, great team, great experience. Buy a Super Cub from them you won't be disappointed.

Came to look at a bike for my son who’s just passed his CBT. Had a lovely chat with the salesman Alex and sales manager Neil. They were very helpful and informative, not pushy at all which is fantastic. We felt very welcome, they’ve created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Fabulous seeing female staff in motorbikes which you don’t see often. The showroom is immaculate.
Moving upstairs we were helped by James who showed my son a variety of clothing and helmets. James is fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, such a polite and helpful young man, he’s a real credit to the company. Darren was helpful as always, he’s always a good laugh but very informative. All the staff really do make the experience positive. It’s not just going and buying a motorcycle or gear it’s being made to feel welcome and having a laugh. It’s an enjoyable experience and the coffee is pretty good too. Well done to you all for making our experience a fantastic one. And yes we accidentally bought a bike and all the gear even though we only went to look! Whoops. Thank you again to you all, every one of you goes above and beyond and it’s very much appreciated.
