Cannot fault the service these guys give you.
I got my Sinnis Terrain from here and apart from a faulty rear light which they got replaced under warranty I have never had any issues.

For straight forward simple tasks they're fine, but the last time I went the work must've been £200 with VAT (tops), I got charged £350, and the difference was an unaccounted for hour of labour and disposing fees which I didn't want because I am able to dispose of things myself for free.

I bought a lovely blue fazer from RPM. My speedo was not working I spoke to James who could not do enough. So far I am very pleased with my purchase and after care service.

Had online consultation regards purchasing and fitting heated grips.

Top information given, product purchased and fitted professionally with no fuss.

Really good service and I'm so glad I used a local independent shop.

Went in for a fairly basic task.
They gave me a rough quote and promised to contact me if anything comes up which would incur extra charges.
No such call ever came, and a few days later I pick up the bike, with a bill twice the quote.
When I look at what the extra charges were for it was all work I didn't agree to or want done - absolutely unnecessary.
The guy standing there making excuses and all smug as if he did me a favour.

To the big guy working there, I see you reply to some reviews that you don't like the sound of.
As we cannot respond back to your comments, and what I am saying is my 100% honest experience, any attempt to take my review down will result in me putting it up again.
People need to know what they're in for before going to you.

I've met two people this year, randomly on the road, who had broken down on the eastern bypass. I lend a hand and we get talking. Both were on their way back home after collecting their bike from RPM.

Was looking to get a bike from here when they stopped answering calls. Haven’t had a single call answered by them for weeks, either line I go through. Ended up buying from kings who are always more than happy to help.

They fixed my motorbike but then ovecharged and lied about checking it through. Had they really checked it they would have noticed oil leak on forks and flat tire (wasn't flat when I took it there).

you send the same generic response to negative comments. I have been your customer and can prove - you gave me an invoice. My Google map history also shows both my visits there. My review isn't fake, it's your response that is fake and not true.
