Crescent Honda

Trading standards are investigating. Based on my experience do not trust this garage. I brought a bike from them and was lied too. The bike had a health check and they supplied a check sheet. However half of the check sheet wasn't actually checked. The bike had minimal coolant and break fluid, the rear break didn't work. They told me the chain and sprocket had been replaced but they only changed the chain for a cheap version that rusted in 2 weeks. They have been unhelpful rude and at one stage even hung up the phone on me. I have spent numerous hours at my cost chasing and rectifying the bike for work that I was told was completed prior to purchase. The Dealer principal doesn't care or want to know and I am referring my case to the NCS.
Do not buy any used bikes from this company!!!

My motorcycle would not go into gear. My more local independent workshop didn't really want to know. After a brief call, The motorcycle was therefore recovered to Crescent's. I was told up front 'we are busy but will endeavour to take a look'. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Very polite. The fault was found and I was contacted and informed of the cost.

Great team, very friendly, very knowledgeable. Well laid out showroom with lovely bikes and clothing upstairs.

Easy access and great service, free tea and coffee, what more could you want?

I ordered a rear seat bag and attachment kit. It wasn't something the dealer kept in stock but was available in the UK so they put the order in for me and arranged for delivery.

There was no delivery confirmation and there was no communication from Crescent. After I called to check on the order, the staff apologised and offered a bit of Muc-off which was kind of them.

A few more days passed and still no information so I call and find that my order has arrived. I pick it up in person instead of having it delivered.

No muc-off freebie as promised but the team helped me attach the bag which was trickier than anticipated. Strangely, no instructions were provided with the bag or attachment kit.

In-store experience is excellent, over-the-phone service and follow-up was not so good in this case.

I had a centre stand fitted to my Honda VFR 800X today. They did in less than the time stated. Excellent service and price.

Friendly staff and a very straight forward buying process altogether. I bought my pcx from them a few months ago and I'm very pleased with my purchase. And if you've got any questions they are always more than happy to help.

Recently bought a bike and Steve was so helpful and friendly.
He kept me updated through the whole process as I couldn't come and see the bike beforehand or collect it. He sorted everything quickly and even arranged for free delivery as it was Christmas.

Absolute phenomenal service today . Miles (in parts) has really gone over and above to help me . Not only did he help me get the last set of chrome engine guards for my hubbys CB1100EX by taking them off display - Honda are no longer making them !
He then found that a bracket was missing , sourced a black one as chrome not available and then had it sprayed silver ..... that is exceptional and he OFFERED to do this rather than me asking
