Just bought a new Tracer 9GT from Motts in Basingstoke. Couldn’t fault the service, absolute pleasure to deal with. Nancy was brilliant every step of the way. Very comprehensive run through the bike details (she knows her stuff) before my 100+ mile journey home. Even had a follow up call the next day to make sure all was ok. Very happy customer 😀

Mott have been very helpful and kept me fully up to date through out the purchase of a new bike. Nancy in sales has guided me through the whole process from the test ride to paperwork and handover. Also followed up after the sale to check everything was ok. Excellent service through out and recommended.

Mott are absolutely amazing. It was my first new motorcycle purchase and I was unfamiliar with basically everything but Nancy was incredible from the first phonecall. Not just Nancy - there were several people in the shop at the time I went and they were all friendly and happy to help.
Really can't praise Nancy enough. She really made the process hassle free and I look forward to going to Mott for services and gear for the foreseeable future.

I didnt know this was here, but now I do its going to a be a regular visit whenever I get the chance. We went to look at 125cc bikes for my son when he turns 17. The staff were so freidnly and helpful in going through everything with my son to help him make some decisions. While we were there we say a great selection of clothing and purchased a good pair of winter gloves. ( Now my son doesnt have an excuse :-) )

I have visited this treasure trove since the 80s. Staff were very helpful and knowledgable. A very wide rand of bikes, clothing and parts. Coffee machine. What more would a biker or wanna be biker need.

First rate experience. Bought my son his first bike jacket - quality merchandise, unparalleled knowledge - quick transaction. Excellent !!

Outstanding service. Nancy, the sales person I deal with, took me through all of the options, answered al of my questions and gave me a call to check everything was okay after my purchase. Certainly the best service I've ever had at a dealership in nearly 30 years of riding.
