I would like to thank everyone involved at Tamworth Yamaha for not only putting a smile on my face riding home with the work I had done, but also making me feel welcome with a coffee and some good old banter in a lovely modern shop whilst I was there..along with there professionalism from start to finish by having no hidden charges and going above and beyond to fulfill there promise of service which is hard to find in some dealerships.
I even received a follow up call the following day as part of their customer service to make sure I was happy with everything..

Had my Yamaha R7 initial service done at Tamworth Yamaha. They provided an absolutely amazing customer service the dealership was amazing and Jamie the engineer did an absolutely tremendous job on the bike. He also picked up on some faults which had to be checked by paddock motorcycles before the bike was handed over to me and disappointingly they weren’t done. Instead Jamie made the corrections and calibrated the bike to road worthy conditions. Highly recommend Tamworth Yamaha. Keep up the excellent work guys 👍🏼

Straightforward purchase, as a new rider, from start to finish.
The optional extra of a free Datatool tracker albeit with a fitting fee was a great deal and provided piece of mind with my new purchase.

Having my bike delivered was a great service and was very convenient. Communication from Ashley was excellent throughout. Hoping to be back in the future for a bigger bike.

By far the most visually impressive Yamaha I’ve seen, shop floor & workshop. Filled with all types of bikes and a glass window which allows you to see what’s going on which is nice!
Friendly staff and great customer service! Just popped in to have my chain tightened and only had to wait about 10 minutes!

This is the first time we've ever used Yamaha Tamworth, and I can honestly say that we wouldn't use any other dealership from now on. The process has been unbelievably easy, from start to finish.

The show room and work shop is impeccable. Ashley went out of his way to deliver the bike to our home, so that we could keep it clean for the ceramic coating! Plus an added surprise of a full tank of fuel...

Very pleased I’ve been around motorcycles for more than 40 yrs and used numerous manufacturers main dealers this company tops the lot friendly knowledgeable with the best equipped work I have seen.

Plus the cost of the work carried in my opinion was very reasonable with the invoice fully explained and justified.

I fully recommend and will definitely be looking forward to returning in the future.
