What an amazing dealership, Craig was very informative and helpful when I purchased my bike, the team also managed to have my bike ready in just a few days. If your looking for a great deal from a friendly dealership, call in, kettle is always on 👍

When having my bonneville serviced, they washed off the ceramic coating I’d spent £250 putting on. I had no idea they would wash it, they didn’t ask. When I told them they offered no apology. To add insult to injury the bike was filthy after they’d ‘cleaned’ it.
Good stock of bikes and gear though and the burger van is great

First Class customer service. Good advice about parts for my Bonneville. Mark was very happy to answer any questions. Prompt delivery. I will be using Total Triumph again :)

Really helpful advice...looking to buy my first big bike and they took the time to answer my questions and offer good advice

I bought a 6 month old Bonneville T100 from Total in March. A few months later some fluid appeared around the rocker gasket. Total looked at it and decided it wasn't obvious where it was coming from. They advised me to carry on riding it. In September with fluid still apparent but no worse they still wouldn't do anything. I asked for the tank to be removed to see where it was coming from but was told that if they found nothing I would have to pay for the work. Took it to another Triumph dealer who diagnosed a gasket problem ordered the part and completed the work under warranty, hey presto no more leak. My advise is buyer beware, when things go wrong, in my experience Total Triumph are not there for you.

Recently visited to look at a Speedmaster & I was so impressed by their non pushy & professional sales team that I ended up buying one . Great experience & can't wait to pick up new bike in the Spring .
