Good customer service when issues are presented

I ordered a pair of mirrors for my 20 year old Bandit and they arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with one of them. I spoke to Pete at Classic Bike Parts and explained the problem,. Without hesitation he sent me another FOC in the post the same day even though I had offered to pay for a replacement and return the faulty item. Nice to see old fashioned trust is alive and kicking. What a great service! I called with a question regarding an ignition coil for a CB77.

I was emailed a link to the corrects parts, I ordered them on Wednesday and they arrived on Saturday morning.
