Couldn't ask for a better dealer for my first bike. Bought a cbf125 2014 at a bargain at under 1k because of cat D. It was serviced, MOT'd before I got it, great aftercare too. Great looking and great riding bike. Delivery was within days too. Dealt with Danny directly

I bought my bike from connect motorcycles 1 year ago and the customer service has been second to none.
I have just returned for my MOT, service and new set of tyres which were supplied and fitted and again i have nothing but great words to say.
The showroom is spotless and the workshop is excellent. The guys who work there are very professional and knowledgeable and personally I will never use another company as I know im in safe expert hands.
Thanks again guys 10/10 👍

I bought a tomos moped off then and Danny could not have been nicer. He delivered for a reasonable price to my home and arrived bang on time. Bike was as described if not better than expected. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks I'm a very happy customer.

Started off great when buying the bike. Danny was polite, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Nearly a month later (when I started to use the bike, after waiting for car insurance to run out), a few issues popped up. I tried contacting Danny to get these issues looked into / sorted, but after 1-3 weeks of phone calls (phone calls were daily in the 3rd week) & three text messages, no response.

Hopefully there is a legitimate reason for lack of communication. I spotted i'm not the only one affected. I found two other buyers who experienced similar issue around the same time (Facebook).

I will change this review if contact is made. Otherwise, my experience (thus far) has knocked my ability in being able to recommend this company and their services.

Very happy with the outcome over an issue with paperwork.
Sorted in less than 10 minutes.
If you are looking for a great value bike or project like mine is, here's where to start.
Just love my little Lex Arizona.
Cheers Daniel. I'll be on the road by Spring

Viewed the bike Suzuki bandit 650S K5 when in the area as I live miles away. Photos looked good as to what I’ve already viewed locally. It was raining heavy and the bike was crammed in a container with lots of other bikes. Jake started the bike with a jump start as the battery was flat. I tried my best to view and check the bike as best I could, I bought the bike with a few jobs to do on it by them. New tyre, new battery, fresh MOT & service. I collected the bike myself a week later when I was in the area. All the jobs had been done as promised. On my first ride out the indicators played up as they were after market ones and the odometer was stuck on km’s not miles. I messaged Jake as it came with a 3 month warranty. Jake sent a new set of indicators 24 hr I fit them myself. Kept messaging and ringing about the odometer eventually he agreed to book it into a dealership near me at their cost. I tried ringing and texting his mobile about the payment to the dealership totally ignored my calls/ texts. I was passing as part of my job so called in person. He was shocked to see me, we had a short discussion his mechanic who was there called me a whinger and said I’d never be satisfied. He left and I got Jake to buy some used clocks off eBay while I was there. I’ve now fitted them and hopefully the bike will now be ok. On closer inspection the bike needs a chain and sprockets and new brake pads all round which is difficult to check on in a container! These are not covered on the warranty!! If you buy from these please check everything.
