Fast Bike Bits

Waited for parts not in stock, no calls , no emails, nothing until I complained, left unsure when my £600 order will arrive ? Quote...
"We process your order right away. Most orders are delivered within 1 - 4 working days in the UK" Day 25 only half the order, the rest ( supposedly was dispatched 3 days ago), .No courier name or delivery date or tracking number and poor communication. Useless.

Really quick response to email queries before ordering...as my bike is a new model and not yet officially supported by Shad, Callum promised to come back to me once another customer had fit the required kit succesfully...which he did in double-quick time! Ordered yesterday afternoon, kit arrived at lunchtime today within the promised 1-hour slot. What is not to like?

Very disappointing!
I went on-line to purchase headlight covers in black as advertised for my 899. I then had dificulty trying to make the on-line payment. I call them to make the purchase instead which goes through fine. I was advised it would take a couple of weeks to receive the order which was also fine. On arrival the headlight covers are clear which was not what I ordered. I call them back and was told they won't replace them as it has clear on the order. On the call when I paid a colour option was not mentioned or even offered, maybe wrong for me to assume they only come in black as per website picture so even more reason for them you would think to ask what colour I want if there are choices. I'm kept waiting on the phone for a number of minutes while the guy tries to find the woman that took the order on the phone to be told she doesn't recall the order.
I'm finally offered 30% off to order another set. I declined that offer and needless to say I won't be using them again!

Highly recommend FBB. Before buying I messaged some queries which they promptly answered. The Shad panniers i ordered were delivered very quickly & I'm really pleased with them. Would definitely use Fast Bike bits again.

Shad backrest plus 26l top box and fitting kit supplied by these guys, plus it was delivered 2 days later, I've just fitted it all to the the bike today and I'm well pleased. I would recommend and use these guys again 👍

Used this company twice now and they can never be more helpful! As someone with limited experience with bikes, they helped me find what i needed and at a great price! Emails are responded to very promptly (even on a Sunday afternoon!) and they are true to their price match offering me a discount on my latest order! Would thoroughly recommend!

Desperately needed a particular top box and rack that was unavailable in 3 other motorcycle superstores (unless I ordered in store and waited 3 weeks for delivery). These guys were my saving grace, everything turned up within 24 hours via DPD - quality all round. Thank you.

I bought a headlight protector from this company, fitted it and first ride it cracked in the corner mounting points. Contacted fast bike bits, sent photos and they contacted power bronze. I was issued a refund which was promptly refunded. I can’t fault their refund policy and will use again
