I ordered a pair of indicators & paid straight away. I received no information from the Denali shop about delivery date, order status. I tried to contact by phone every day for five days & just got answer phone. Their online chat doesn’t work. Eventually I managed to speak to somebody who told me that they had no idea why my order wasn’t dispatched & would look into it. I still haven’t heard anything & have not received a refund.

Scammers! I bought R&G Tank Grip Pads for my CBR600RR PC40. After I recieved the packages 1 month to late, the article was wrong. I contacted the shop and didn´t get a reply. Instead they just decliend the support request. Luckilty I paid with PayPal. There I also opend up a support ticket, the shop finally accepted the trade back and requested a send back of the wrong item. I send the wrong Item back with Tracking ID but the shop decliend to have recieved it.... I just lost the money and got nothing... DONT ORDER IN THIS SHOP!

If I could give them no stars I would. Ordered an item online in April which showed “In Stock”, once I placed the order I got an email saying they’re waiting for this item to come back in stock and would let me know when they have an update… The item got delivered in July. In between April and July I tried to get a refund, I sent several emails which most of them got ignored. Tried phoning them but nobody answered. I then put a grievance in with PayPal which they also ignored until the last day before the grievance went to the next level saying that they would issue me with a refund. At this point the grievance gets closed down, and I did not get my refund. Because the grievance was closed down it was very hard to get it reopened. They certainly know how to play the game, would never deal with these people ever again.

Initial sale 21 months ago went ok. The problems come when you need Customer support for example under warranty. Phones go unanswered, mails are not responded to without endless chasing, contact us form does not work or is ignored. Then when eventually I get a response after escalation with the Distributor I find there is no replacement cansmart available. This wasn't the fault of Denalishopuk but it took an age to find this out and if you were to look on their website they claim they had stock of everything. If I were you I'd explore other reputable UK dealers for this product because believe me if you need support from DenalishopUK you will struggle to be heard. Also dont think you will get it if you order it as stock levels are fantasy.

Had problems with DenaliShop from the start. Lack of communication & response. When eventually received order one the D4 lights had problem trying to even get someone to answer the phone seems impossible & when you do get through they don't do what they say they are going to do. I have been trying for three days to get a return form to send back a faulty light for a refund good luck with that one. DO Not Buy from this company there customers service is diabolical.

AVOID!!! They will send you used equipment with missing parts. Some parts of your order will not arrive at all. Company is run by a fella named George out of his garage in Swansea. I'm also suspicious of tax (VAT) fraud and have reported him to the HMRC. Once he has your money he will not respond to any issues etc. I had no other option than to file a chargeback through the credit card company. AVOID!!!

Unable to give less than a star. I bought a Soundbomb and the product is great however the first one I bought was faulty. I sent it back after contacting support and was told where to return it. They never answer the phone and always goes to voicemail and hardly communicate via email. It is over two weeks they have received the faulty goods and I have not been refunded. Appalling customer service. Probably Best Buy from the competition.

Ordered two items whijch haven't been received. Emailed them to request an estimated delivery date after the order remaining as "being processed". No reply but following day order was marked as being shipped although no tracking info was given. When 48 hour deliver time had expired contacted them via their contact form. No response. Rang and left a message. No response. Left another message via contact form requesting refund. Definitely the worst company it has been my misfortune to do business with. Avoid at all costs.
