Ordered crash bars, bar bags and hand guards. Great staff who know their stuff. They even gave me a cup of coffee and a hot cross bun while I waited.

1. I too have received a spurious emailed invoice for £351.24 for god knows what. The company isn’t responding to emails asking for an explanation.
2. I bought a bag from them (not the source of the invoice), I have since seen the same bag being sold by a high street outdoor specialist for a fraction of the price, the only difference is the Touratech logo.
3. I looked at buying a plug with USB outlets for my BMW, the price was ridiculous. I sourced a far superior item from Motorworks BMW, again, for a fraction of the price.
Shop around, there are better vendors out there, with better equipment and better customer service.

I have to give Touratech Wales 5 stars, my first experience with their staff was as a result of my incompetence in ordering the wrong part, the parts department were very understanding and had the correct part to me within 24 hrs. On the second occasion there was an annoyingly lengthy delay waiting for parts to come from Germany but as soon as they arrived in Wales they were immediately sent out to me. My third experience was faultless, I ordered online at 1700 Tuesday and by 1300 Thursday my tool box was with me. I will certainly be ordering again.

I placed an order for DriRide seat online thinking I knew what I needed. Fortunately, Touratech contacted me to inquire about the type of riding that I did to assess if I had made the correct selection. Rather than simply selling me a product they took the time to make sure I had chosen the right product to suit my intended riding and the order was changed, no problem, to FreshTouch seat variant. 5* for the customer care team.

Purchased a heated rider seat for my R1250GS . Took Nick's advice on seat size / height which was spot on. Unfortunately the seat's heating switch went faulty after a few months. Returned the seat opting for replacement as the High seat was much better than the BMW standard stock seat.
Nick & Becky were faultless in chasing up replacement keeping me informed all the way as time went on but finally they were advised by Germany that a replacement seat was no longer available due to supplier issues. I was offered full refund but opted for part refund and kept the seat. Can't praise ABS high enough for customer support. Cheers, Dave

Just bought a seat for the 1260 multistrada, what a revelation, I could not believe the difference. No aching backside, no aching back, as it says on the website "multistrada now the bike it can be" thank guy's.
