Busters Motorcycle Accessories

If I could give a lower star rating than 1, then I certainly would do! Awful customer service!
Mu husband purchased a motorbike stand from their eBay shop. It arrived but it's the wrong one and has different specifications to the one he actually ordered. Busters refuse to return this at their cost and have stated it is not an incorrect item. If it's different to the photograph in the listing, then it's the wrong one Busters!!
They've even had the cheek to revise the eBay listing after we contacted them with the issue and have changed the image to represent the stand we've been sent. Very sneaky, but unfortunately for them we are well ahead of them and had taken photographs of the original listing and the proof that the listing has been revised. Unlucky Busters!!
I'm escalating with Paypal today!
Avoid purchasing from Busters! I only wish we'd read the reviews on here first before we'd gone ahead with the transaction!

I ordered a starter motor rebuild kit.
On reception, there was some model number on it which didn't match mine. Decided to give them a call before opening it.
After a few attempts over several hours trying to get someone on the line, the clerk told me - "You should be fine".
Of course I wasn't, and now they're refusing any refund.
I've contacted them by email, and they just stopped answering after I'd made it obvious how it was their fault.

I recommend buying somewhere else unless you're 100% sure of what you're gonna get.

I bought a couple of tyres from Busters back in March 2013, no problems, good price and speedy delivery.
However I sent the an inquiry for another set last week via their web site but as of yet no reply. So clearly in view of the many recent negative reviews something has changed. New owners maybe. Also they do not seem to offer the same products on their web site as on the eBay shop!
They were offering a set of 2 tyres, tubes and rim tapes for a Honda C90 on eBay for £44.99 inc p&p but these are not shown on their own web site!

It would appear I'm not alone in receiving the wrong item yet still being refused a lawful return by these crooks. If there is any possibility you could receive an alternative item which would not meet your needs, then don't risk it as they are dishonest to the core.

Very poor. In the process of getting fork stanchions, money paid via my credit card item allegedly in stock. I have e mailed Paul Williams in their supposed customer services 3 times, and I have phoned 4 times and cannot get a straight answer about when the fork stanchions will be delivered.

Order is being cancelled and MasterCard will be contacted to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it will cause you grief..... edit to add

Forks have been sourced from a company in London and are being delivered at 9am this morning. Now, how can a company 150 miles away manage this, yet Busters who are 30 miles away can't? All busters need is a ten gallon hat and spurs to advertise the way they deal with customers!

Had to give 1 star but should be a zero, The service is shocking and then if you complain it gets even worse, pity i didn't live closer as would love to meet with the owner.

Got a battery in march this year and it won't hold charge by June.
Massage them after checking the bike over and everything is working as it should.
Takes them a whole day to answer one message and when you reply to that you won't hear back until the need day.

Ordered a new battery from a local garage now.
So thanks busters enough £75 down

Anyone stay away from this place.

Been buying online of these guys for years, I run a motorcycle school and getting parts, tyres, services kits is a priority and they have not let me down even during lockdown. Keep it the good work
