First time went to Odeon Loughborough and was not impressed with the condition of theatre it self. It has weird smell of mould. Seats were not comfortable. Needs refurbishment as it is on high street. Only plus was staff and their service. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Awful experience. Its dirty and needs a good update. especially the toilets. The staff were more interested in chatting to each other than they were actually serving customers and the staff member I had the displeasure of dealing with was very rude and very condescending. we only went to Odeon because we couldn't get to Cineworld in time for the showing we wanted. will never waste my time with this poor excuse of a cinema again. only plus was the male member of staff who scanned my ticket. he was the only one who actually seemed like he knew what he was doing and who actually made any sort of effort.

Would love to love the place. Period Art Deco - it's beautiful. But not very functional. The toilets are hidden away in random parts of the building and it's all awkward stairs.
On the up it loads cheaper than the modern Odeon's but it would have to be
The staff are wonderful and welcoming but I've never sat in a screening of more than 8 people (the usual seems to be 4 including me and the wife). So maybe their just lonely.

Apart from having no salted popcorn... which was available in a shop nearby to save drama, it was a lovely art deco cinema.
Not sure why the seating was coveted in plastic felt a bit like we were surrounded in body bags, hope this system dissappear soon.cant imagine those covers all get cleaned

I've used this cinema for the past 30 years. Me and my partner had our first time in 4 years due to our beautiful babies. So we rushed a McDonald's breakfast and ran of to see avatar the way of water. This is where our pleasure began, we arrived at the front desk and were greeted by Havana in my 20 years as a retail manager IVE NEVER had service like it! HAVANA YOUR AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! thank you for making our special time AMAZING HAVANA YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!!!

Really nice. Very friendly staff. Staff member scarlette helped us into the screen with our copious amounts of food and drink. Definitely recommend 👌
