An excellent establishment with an excellent range of beers and very tasty steaks with chips. Prices are inexpensive, besides, you can take food along with drinks, then you have to pay ridiculous money for beer - £1.30. If you want to eat delicious food and drink a little beer, but at the same time money does not fall out of your pocket, this is the place for you! I recommend.

I watched "Hatching", the film could have been enhanced if the audio was mixed correctly. The audio was abysmal and I know for sure it wasn't the actual film itself, it made the experience dreadful in my opinion. There was no usher as well when we arrived, anyone could have literally walked in without paying..Wouldn't have minded paying £41.40 for 3 people, but after the experience I've had, I truly feel ripped off!

Probably my favourite Wetherspoons, just love that it was a cinema once. I like the space and ambience of it, nice and quirky. Other than that it's a Wetherspoons, cheap drinks and food, sounds good to me.

The screening room was very cold and I had to keep my coat, hat, scarf and gloves on.
Also, despite having a disabled toilet, access to it is via two heavy doors - both of which are hard to negotiate with a wheelchair. The door to the toilet itself is user friendly but the lock is in poor condition.
Otherwise lift access is perfect for the physically challenged.

I used to love this cinema, but can't recommend it anymore. Went to see a film today and it was extremely cold, everybody was in their jackets shivering the whole time. They also made us watch 25 minutes of advertising before the film started. Overall, a very annoying and uncomfortable experience.

Good films, a vibrant community of people interested in cinema. Lots of extras (like special showings and Q&A sessions).
And a good café.

Lovely local cinema atmosphere. Decent sized screens and average sized seats. Well located cafe and great to be able to take drinks into the screening. Membership scheme well worth the price

I know people criticise spoons and some of it is well deserved but the pubs are nice they take in the history of the building. The food was nice ( thanks chef mike) the toilets are on the ground floor which is unheard of for spoons
