Visited with family, daughter was freezing cold , I was cold . A staff member checked and agreed the temperature in the screening was cold.
Manager Jess advised, it would take 20 minutes for the room to become warm.
Surely the screens should be checked before to ensure they are a suitable temperature. After being out in the foyer , which was warm, we decided to leave . Wasted £33 on tickets and a further £ 26 on beverages. Great waste of cash !!

The cinema itself is lovely and the staff are nice and helpful. The only downside for me is the huge price hike, 2 tickets and 2 popcorns were £29!! We love the cinema but won’t be able to go very often now.

Seems mostly clean, big screen and cheap prices. Easy to get in and out

Visited yesterday. Screen 4. It was absolutely filthy dirty. Bits of food on many seats including mine. Upholstery was stained. A lot of the leather VIP seats at the back were ripped. In need of a good refurb. Could start with cleaning what they have got!
Would put me off going again.

Always an easy and pleasant place to visit.
We frequently use this one as the others are quite a distance if we didn't have it!!
Yes, queues are annoying when busy and a pre order system or Costa machine and popcorn dispensing facility would be easier to avoid waiting at busier times.
Staff are usually helpful and friendly.
Prices have been fantastic during the pandemic, keeping us going with something to do and look forward to.

This cinema is particularly dated, the seats are visibly dirty, and the toilets were not cleaned a great standard. We also happened to go on a day that they had accidentally mixed blue and orange slush together to create a green - not a great combination, unfortunately.
This being said, the staff were very nice and accommodating throughout.

Despite the interior seating in some screens looking a bit tired. I still wouldn't go anywhere else. It's local, it's good value, the staff are always pleasant. A good experience

I have never written a bad review before. But the experience at this cinema changed that. I was sat with my family ready to watch Avatar in 3D, our Christmas event! Just before the movie started another person moved past me to get to their seat and accidentally knocked my 3D glasses out of my hand. After searching for them without any luck, I went back to the main lobby to ask for a new pair. There was a queue at the desk so I stood at the corner and waited patiently for staff to notice me. A member of staff asked if I was okay and I told them I had lost my 3D glasses and needed a new pair. This member of staff gave me a very funny look before saying “it doesn’t work like that, you have to pay for new ones”. This tone was extremely rude and condescending. I asked how much they were and agreed to buy them. The member of staff then ignored me. No further instruction. My movie I had paid for and arrived early to had just started. The staff member continued to ignore me and serve others when it could have been a quick transaction. I then proceeded to get in the queue, further missing the movie. My partner then came out looking for me as it had been a while. I told him the situation and he asked for the glasses. For some unknown reason, he was given the glasses free of charge straight away. I cannot fathom this. I cannot help but question whether this was sexism or unconscious bias. Why my predicament was less important to sort, but when my male partner asked it was sorted quickly.
Furthermore, half an hour into the film my partners glasses broke but due to our experience with the staff and the atmosphere already ruined, he spent the rest of the film struggling to watch it properly.
I was made to feel like my experience didn’t matter and it ruined the day. I have been so upset by how I was treated. Vue cinema Redditch should be really embarrassed by their staff.
I would not go here if you want to enjoy a movie.
