Great place to watch films. Air conditioning. Small selection of sweets, drinks and ice-cream on sale. Good price. Free parking. Seating is not reserved by seat number. Sit were you want.

Great selection of films, both current Box Office and the more obscure.
Largely frequented by the Silver Surfers, so usually peaceful and respectful of other film-goers.
On this occasion, unfortunately, the moody beauty and quite scenes of the film were marred by a woman in the row behind who crackled and crunched her way through a family bag of crisps the entire time.
Please ban noisy foods! The Venue is for people who go to WATCH FILMS, not eat their tea.!

Took my girls to a family showing of the Incredibles 2, it was our first trip to this cinema and we will certainly return, lovely relaxed atmosphere, reasonable pricing. It is a shame so few films are shown here.

Absolutely brilliant watching Softcell live from O2, can we have more gigs and concerts beamed like this please? Would be beneficial to The Venue and the performing artists?

Very comfortable with a good selection of films , but new parking plans are not very convenient. Could it not be possible to extend free period to 3 hours to enable patrons to arrive in time to enjoy some refreshment and watch the film to the end not rushing out to move one’s car? Please rethink.

A pleasant venue to see stage shows and cinematic viewings. Excellent bus route connections roughly a 5-10 minute walk from The Venue.

Wheelchairs and those with limited mobility unable to use the tiered seating have to be taken out of the building and through the fire exit to be seated. The bar area is very high with no lowered area to order from, but the staff are friendly and helpful.
There is designated areas for wheelchair seating and blue badge parking.

The accessible toilet is adequate, but poorly laid out, and should you require the toilet or want something from the bar during an interval, then you have to exit out of the fire escape and go around the building again.
Fine in the summer months, but hardly an ideal solution should there be rain or snow.

A decent selection of soft and alcoholic drinks and snacks are available, with tea and coffee as options along with fizzy drinks.

The acoustics and lighting are good, and overall my visit was highly enjoyable bar the interesting toilet arrangement during the interval.

We took our 6 year old grandson to see Mary Poppins Return today,
Comfy seating where we wanted to sit
Not much of a wait to buy tickets, was able to use my Lincoln Mums card so our grandson could get free entry.
Staff was very pleasant, greeted us with a smile.
We all enjoyed the film immensely even though it was 2 hours long.
I would certainly recommend "The Venue"

I'm overall happy with my experience at The Venue, although I have a couple of problems with the place. My biggest concern is that they continue to let people into the cinema long after the start of the film. They were shining torch beams across my face in an effort to direct people to their seat, but I'm sorry but if you can't get there on time then tough! Either stand at the rear or go home. Why spoil everyone's enjoyment? My other concern is that the seats wobble about when anyone moves or sits down. Are you certain they are fit for purpose? Other than that it was a good film and really enjoyed it.
