This is shameful.
If you, like myself tend to book a larger cinema screen to get a better audio visual experience, then the larger (not largest) screens auditoriums should really be in the best condition.
This is screen 9. All these out of service seats are in the VIP area, dead in the centre.
Really poor to see as a customer.

It's OK, obviously films the same, but seats not as nice as other cinemas, however you get what you pay for cheaper than other cinemas so that's a plus. Unfortunately last time I was there nachos stale too. But good for a cheap night out.

Every time I go here I have a subpar experience.

It seems to attract the worst viewers.

The audio quality is bad, it's "tinny" and the high frequencies are too loud.

The seats are dreadful. The VIP seats aren't much better, even if you get one that isn't ripped to shreds!

The only reason I might go back is if a film is on at a time here that isn't elsewhere. They seem to have a different schedule to other cinema's in the area.

Very disappointing. Movie was due to start at 14:15. But until someone in the audience decided to get up and got announce to the staff at 14:50 that the movie hadn't started yet, they did nothing about it. They announced that it would take 10-15 minutes to correct the issue. After 20 minutes, no one had come back to say the movie wouldn't be going ahead, so we all left the cinema and got a refund.

Cinema was quiet, Monday afternoon. Screen 8 seemed clean,.Good sound system. Enjoyed Tom Hanks in Otto. Don't think he could make a bad film. Worth a Vue!

Clean, tidy, friendly service. Sometimes the ad comes without volume but then later when the movie starts the volume is very loud or perhaps appears that way when you watch almost 20’ of silent advertisement.

All together a good cinema with parking just underneath. The staff is wearing masks. The loos are clean and a huge selection of sweets sadly ;-)

Highly recommend if you like a child friendly, clean and uncomplicated cinema experience with extremely comfortable seats.

Nice clean cinema with amazing screen and sound. Very good value for the money. The 2d projections are a bargain starting at £5 if you buy the ticket online. The 3d are a bit more expensive. The popcorn is crunchy and the nachos are delicious. The staff is very professional too.

Headline ticket cost is low, sadly, each one has a booking fee added so it's not quite as good as it looks. Sound is Not Dolby Atmos, so if you appreciate the amazing immersive sound that goes with the big screen experience these days, then it may be worth paying the slightly higher prices at somewhere like Showcase.
