Vue Cinema Blackburn

Run down outdated requires major attention.
Nothing has changed for the last 17 years.
Ended up paying for VIP seats only for the seats and armrests to be ripped.

Need more service and cleaning staff. For the prices on the snacks and tickets I doubt there is any overhead issues.

I hate giving negative reviews but this one is much needed.

Clean and generally well-kept cinema facilities with classic Vue cinema experience. Tickets best purchased on deals rather than at face price to save on their high costs. Refreshments also have a high cost, too

This used to be a good cinema but it's gone downhill. The seats including the VIP seats are torn and need a lot of upkeep. Needs a total makeover to keep me going especially with Reel cinema nearby.

The staff were friendly and polite. But during the film, there was someone kicking my seat the whole way though the film, people talking all the way through, also people taking pictures with flash on. Safe to say I'll be trying reel cinema the next time I want to watch a new film.

They don't have the reclining seats like other Vues. Staff were friendly, location was clean and accessible.
If you go the wrong way on the way out, you get stuck in the most horrendous round about in existence.

Could do with the vip seats upgrading as they are very worn. Devastated that we couldn't get a hot dog as they had sold out even though we were front of the que for our viewing 🤷‍♂️

Clean, staff friendly at food counter, no staff to direct us to the screen for our movie though, eventually flagged someone down. Probably due to it being an early screening?

Shame about the broken seats, tired looking entrance and the sad selection of films on offer. As a result of Covid of course, not Vues's fault by any means. Lower the price of snacks and tickets and you might get a few more people in, instead if the 6 that were in to watch Wakanda Forever on a Saturday afternoon. Nice cheery lady who served us our snacks made up for the miserable atmosphere.
