Ue is located inside most of the shopping centre. This one located beside the lake and outside shopping center . Out side adventure and I side . Free parking facility, well maintain and definitely very spacious and famous for all the residents, Hollywood bolling all in one .

Obviously there are pro and cons. Prices are as low as 5 GBP for seating in front. 2D Screen is good and compare able to other cinema. We found it very busy as compared to other cinema. But it needs some attention as not very clean and seats needs to be re-done.

Just to put you on the scenario: We had to wait over 20 minutes to have two bottles of water and a blue blast drink. We were only three customers in the queue, by the way. The attitude of the staff wasn't bad, they were working slow on purpose. The only member of the staff with a correct attitude was an old blonde lady (the rest are teenagers). Once we enter to the room, we found this mess. And when my girls went to toilet some of the the sink were full over popcorns. I do understand you cannot control people behavior, that's all about education. But we reported to the staff, and no one came to even look at how bad the room was. We have to seat in another row, causing a complete mess with other customers because everyone was sitting in wrong allocation due how bad the room was. I been in cinema many times and I never saw customer behavior like that, but also the staff seemed gave up. REAL BAD EXPERIENCE. Feel sad because the Lakeside itself is a lovely place. But please avoid the cinema.

Great cinema with very reasonable pricing for movie tickets always from my experience have a decent seat for the movie you want!

VIP seats are also a plus for a reasonable price which offer far more comfort and a perfect viewing angle of the screen.

The cinema itself is great and for £5 a ticket you can't go wrong!
My only issue I have is their lack of food in stock. The last 2 times I have taken the kids in the holidays (one was the first day and morning showing of holidays so should have been well stocked!) And they had nothing for the kids meal deal/snack trays so had to spend something stupid like £12 on a small popcorn when I could have bought 3 kids deals with popcorn, snack and drink for the same price. The first time I sucked it up and thought maybe they have had delivery issues but it also happened again the next time so I refused to buy anything else as the food prices are crazy expensive. It wasn't helped by the staff shrugging their shoulders when asked if there were alternatives that could be used instead of the out of stock items.
If you want more bums in seats and to take more money from your food counters, I'd suggest re-evaluating what you charge.

The movie was in theatre 7, the min you walk in the place smells stuffy and smells. The chairs are too old..some handles are broken. It's really annoying and uncomfortable to watch a 3hour movies in a stuffy room..please do better

Our first visit to this cinema in a while. Firstly, the car park which used to be next to the cinema has gone, and you have to walk from the undercover multi storey car park.
The cinema itself was very quiet with very few people there. I know other reviews said that the staff were miserable, however, we found them very friendly. The cinema was clean and tidy. We bought our extortionately expensive popcorn...£6.50 for small bucket and £7.00 for large. We sat down to watch the film and I had to put my coat back on as it was so cold in there. The film was 3 hours long and it was a lot less enjoyable as we were freezing cold and not comfortable at all. Half way through the film I went out to speak to staff and tell them about the temperature and the comment I got was "is it...that's not good" but nobody came in to check and the temperature remained the same albeit the foyer was lovely and warm where the staff were working. Shame as this spoilt the experience considerably.

A nice and a affordable place for a cinema. But I guess the staff need to pay a bit more attention specially the ones in the till.was charged individually for each item bought even though specified that I wanted the combo deal. Also the freestyle coca machine was unavailable as everything was out.
The screening was good with good sound and everything else expected.
