Everyman Chelmsford

I am definitely going to watch all movies at Everyman cinema moving forward.

It’s an amazing experience from the moment you enter the building. Friendly staff who loves their jobs, happy to help and guide through.

Importantly, the comfy sofas where you can order before the movie starts! All in all, really good experience.

First time at this cinema and such a positive experience. Staff are absolutely lovely and the food I ordered arrived promptly. Well worth the money and the whole atmosphere is really chilled. The bar area is a nice touch. Will definitely be visiting again 😊

My wife, 5 year old daughter and myself had a great time watching DC pets at Everyman. The staff were excellent the whole time and having a fat hotdog, chips a nice cold beer and popcorn brought to our seats was great. Talking of those seats, no numb bum here, very comfy and loads of leg room. Odeon who?

A really good cinema that I would like to give 5*s - Really nice decor in the foyer, comfy sofas in the cinema rooms and extremely friendly, kind staff. The only problem I had was the food quality - for the price it wasn't worth it in my opinion: the fries were just mediocre, a bit soggy with little flavour and the buttermilk chicken I ordered was dry, with once again, little flavour. I want to return for the experience of watching a film, as being on the sofas really do create a different atmosphere, however just won't be ordering food I think.

We really love the atmosphere and environment, as soon as we enter Everyman, and especially love watching films sitting on a sofa. However, £10.95 for a large glass of wine is ridiculous!

The people working there were very helpful and polite, and the place is clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. We were in screen 6 upstairs, which is small and really nice. The only problem was it was cold, the air conditioning was on, but cold air !!

Fantastic cinema experience! I felt welcomed and was able to order food to my seat. It felt like you were sitting in your own living room! The chairs were comfy and the food was great. I was honestly starstruck! Thought it would cost more than it actually was too. Thank you for a great experience!!

This place is nice for a different cinema experience.
I loved how it have an old school feel about it.
You can order food and they will bring it to you at your seat. I felt the food was good. I really loved the squid and prawns, Also the loaded chips was one of my favourites.
I did find after a while I did feel a bit uncomfortable in my seat. But I would go again for the experience. The staff where friendly and very helpful.
