ODEON Worcester

Staff were friendly and helpful, but that's where the positives end unfortunately. The cinema itself is really dated and in desperate need of a refurb. The screens are tiny and seating isn't tiered, meaning our 5 year olds couldn't actually see the screen. The booster seats provided for them are solid plastic - who wants to sit on a solid plastic seat for 2 hours?! Spend an extra pound or two per person and go somewhere else...

I've been many ODEON around the country. And this location was not one I would choose to go to again. The seats was uncomfortable and screen was at a strange angle.

The plus side was the movie I watched was simply amazing. The service given was very good.

A perfect place to see a film. It is small but, in a nice cosy way. The staff are friendly and there are a nice selection of snacks.

Got to say the worst experience I’ve had at a cinema. The seating the screen quality and wasn’t clean at all. Staff were fine but wouldn’t go again.

Had such a lovely visit today. The employees were outstanding - all so helpful and went above and beyond. I loved the way the girl asked me if we enjoyed the film. I gave two little ones and it was such an enjoyable time

Went to see Avatar - The Way of Water. To be honest, the screen could have been bigger. I don't think the screen size coped well with a 3D feature film. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Another plus point is the parking facilities. There is a large car park next to the cinema, which is free for the first 3 hours and also there are multiple public transportation options available to reach the cinema as well.

In general, Odeon Worcester is a great place to catch the latest movies and enjoy a night out with friends or family. The cinema is well-equipped, comfortable, and offers a great overall experience

Visited on boxing day at around 12pm - the 2 staff members were very nice and friendly! The cinema itself is very easy to get too, easy layout and shows some great films.
