Vue Cinema Eltham

Strange place, little seating whilst you wait, no atmosphere at all. Parking not easy as it's on the high street.
It's OK once you've in the actual screen, bit if a weird layout, but I suppose they've done the best with the plot. Shame Well Hall ever stopped being a cinema

Seats were chosen and booked online so no queuing at the cinema. Film was excellent (Lyle, Lyle Crocodile) and I definitely enjoyed it as much as my grandson! Loved the comfy seats and it was spotlessly clean in there too.

Loo situation left a bit to be desired; the toilets are on a different floor to the one I was watching my film on, except for 1 disabled loo. This loo was taking an absolute battering due to people not wanting to miss too much of their film and go down to the next floor. I was with my mum who is disabled. We had to wait for a number of able bodied people to finish using the loo before she was able to use it.

Amazing experience! The cinema is small compared to other Vue but its a nice vibe, we went on a Monday at 8pm so there weren’t almost any people which was awesome! Good customer service, the seats were comfortable and the toilets clean. Recommend!! The nachos was good as always :)

Online booking was very straightforward. You only need to show your QR code at the entry gate as proof of booking so no need to queue at the till unless you want snacks. Lots of show times with plenty of screens with all details available on the website. The actual cinema was immaculately clean and seats were very comfortable with drinks holders. Overall a great experience.

Our welcome was hi our Internet is useless so I doubt I can scan you code for entry.. even though when we booked on line it said how easy it was to avoid questions by going in with your q code... the lady did manage to scan the code then told us our film was on the 3rd floor a d if we needed the toilet to go to the floor below we didn't want to risk using the lifts as broken Internet broken toilet didn't trust the lift .. there was a film o the third floor but it wasn't our film so had to go back down and ask where our film was it's a bad cinema

Great cinema, came to watch avatar 2, seat was comfortable for a long watch but the seats are quite close together so the person behind kept kicking my chair which was frustrating. Drinks and popcorn was nice, sound and visuals were great too on the big screen

VIP seats are a bit more expensive, but I loved them. Tickets are reasonably priced. The interior us nice and clean. We had a great time watching Minions. We've also watched Wild World and Avatar The Way of Water here recently. The staff are very polite.
