Used to love coming to this cinema as a kid. Took my daughter to see the new Minions film, they were advertising a minions cup for kids but didn't have any, asked for bottled still water didn't have any and had to wait 10 mins for a hotdog. The prices for food are extortionate.
Seats in the cinema are poorly designed, my little one couldn't see the screen for the seats in front so had to get a booster which she found uncomfortable so she sat on my lap for the most part. She enjoyed the film nonetheless.

It's an OK cinema however they need to do better in regards to cleaning the chairs. Too many random stains. I had to move from the reserved seats I had. It was making me gag. It needs a deep clean Thoroughly!

Had a nice experience visiting here yesterday, the staff were fast and filled my popcorn up high, also the layout is not confusing which a plus. If you’re looking for a quick trip to watch a movie then this is perfect, nothing fancy just a standard experience. The things I would improve is the interiors could be revamped as it looks quite old (not dirty). Also, the regular seats don’t have that much leg space. Im not super tall and I felt a little cramped, but that’s my only cons to visiting this place. Thanks for reading

This place has seen better days, screen 1 has ripped up seats and very uncomfortable in Premier. Popcorn was stale. This place needs modernisation in line with other odeon cinemas to welcome it to the 21st century.

Most of the reception staffs were nice and cordial.
Unfortunately one particular male staff including the manager( night manager on 9th Jan) was totally unprofessional and extremely rude to us and my family. There were racist comments made towards us by few scoundrels inside. Those scoundrels then made false accusation that we were talkibgManager even didn't want to hear about that rather threatened us to remove.
I won't recommend this Cinema at this branch at all.

Lovely and helpful staff but didn’t have a great experience - it was way too hot and stuffy in the cinema (screen 5) and the lights were left on throughout Avatar which is a three hour movie.

Polite staff, very quiet on the 2:30pm showing of Ghostbusters on a Sunday (Dec2021). Plenty of space in the auditorium (Screen 1). Loved the film. My 7 yr old girl loved it too (she's seen all the other GB films, so knew she'd be fine, with me there). GB is a 12A so OK (as far as I'm aware) to attend if they're with an adult. It was me who got a little emotional at the end, with a beautiful nod to the original. Got this snap, and then did as instructed.
