My first visit here, and I really enjoyed myself. First off I want to say how great the staff are, very professional and welcoming the moment I entered to the time I left. The place oozes class with its tall ceiling interior decor, the seating arrangements are perfect for couples, groups and solos. The lighting is soothing which helps you to relax into an evening, and none of the lights are bright enough to be a bother to the eye. Food and small bites are tasty. I had the sweet potato chips and also the hummus option for snacking on. They also have bar stools at the bar which are very comfy. In terms of cleanliness, its 10/10. I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes all of the above. This is definitely my kind of place.

Nice new Electric Cinema in a convenient location. The facilities are all new. Decor is cozy and relaxing. Unfortunately, the card machine at the bar did not work when we’re there. The service became very slow and the food served there is not as good as the one at Portobello Road. We especially miss the donuts on the menu. We’re at Screen 1 and the venue was nice, screen was big and sound was good.

The place is sleek and looks very stylish. Seats are comfy and looks appealing. Good size screen. The food was a proper let down. Does not offer the usual pedigree from the traditional cinemas but the price is just extortionate for what you get

Staff are very welcoming and organised. Facilities are clean

One of the best ways to experience cinema - reclining chairs and a feet rest, and a personal coffee table. The chairs are big enough for you to climb into them and experience the movie as if you were on your couch at home. Feels luxurious!

Top tier cinema. Food was nice but pricey too but their seat is top class. My god I wish I could bring that seat into my house because I feel like I was about to sleep still lmao. Overall its a good cozy cinema and I would love to come and visit again :)

Lovely cinema . Watch out for cunning service charge on food/drink. We bought 2 meals with 2 drinks and £6.00 was added on. So the staff are probably on £100 an hour..!

For the money I spent, I expected better service. I ordered food which I had to chase on 3 times. Completely ruined my movie experience which after all is the whole point of paying extra. Not only did I chase but was also accused of not paying because their equipment was failing. Only after I showed them the payment made from my account were they happy to serve me some overpriced mediocre nachos and chips during the 3rd act of the movie. Will pass on the venue in the future.

Eclectic cinema worth every cent of the ticket price! Small theater with velvet seats and ottomans (with storage) and side tables for your snacks ans drinks. We enjoyed a cocktail while watching No Time to Die after a day of sightseeing in London. Show finished before the Underground closed so we were able to take the train back to our hotel.
