I’m just excited and happy of the fact that we have a cinema in Hounslow (within walking distance from my place). What else could one ask for😃
It’s a sparkly shiny new cinema with 10 or so screens. I watched a movie recently in the super screen and it was an awesome experience (select the row J) for the perfect view. Seats were comfy and semi recliners. Washrooms were clean.
Looking forward to watch more movies

FINALLY! This cinema in hounslow has been a long time coming. Excellent customer service from Payal. Unfortunately there's no parking on site. I watched Dr Strange in Superscreen which was a great experience, however I noticed that the Cineworld staff came in a couple of times during the film and made videos of us. I may have to follow this up with the customer service/complaints team.

Been here more than 7 times now. I’d recommend this Cineworld over any other screens around here. This Cineworld is new, shiny, seats are way more comfortable with enough leg space. The only problem is there is no parking. Didn’t find any difference between the regular big screen and super screen.

Hopped in with my better half to see Topgun Maverick. Loved the ambience and the vibe. Very helpful people in the area. Worth taking the unlimited movie scheme option.

Finally Cineworld near to Hounslow high Street. It was expected for long time. This is a welcome addition to the London borough of Hounslow and Cineworld chain.
This comes under group 2 category having Excellent co ordination of staff and the interior inside the cinema is vibrant and shiny.
There are 10 screens including superscreen and screen X, so plenty of new ways to enjoy a movie.
The seats were so comfortable and even reclines in the standard screen. Roundabout there's a Starbucks just in front of entry, ASDA is a 2 min walk.
Impressed with everything about this new venture. Hope it'll remain neat and intact.
I suggest to go for an Unlimited card, such is a complete profit.

Fantastic experience at this new cinema. We all (Wife and Son) went to an early screening and was very happy with the staff who greeted, served and directed us to the big screen. My son loved the popcorn(so did I..haha) and the seats were comfy as being at home. Pricing was reasonable and the actual viewing experience was 5*. We cannot wait to go back. Will be recommending to friends and family. Thankyou😊

Have been watching movies every 2-3 weeks since the opening (Using Unlimited Card). Cineworld Hounslow is really cool and welcoming place but the problem is with the staff ( Not all Staffs are bad)…. Some staffs are really rude to the customers, they treat us as If we are visiting for free. They sometimes ruin our precious family time with their rude behaviour which is not at all acceptable.

Amazing cinema in the heart of Hounslow, located in a newly regenerated space - giving this area a much-needed boost to its’ economy and social impact.
Hounslow has been looking tired for years, so this attempt at uplifting the look, feel and mood of the area has definitely worked.
Cineworld has invested a lot in this brand new cinema complex.
Upon entering we were met with a warm, spacious lobby area where everything shone, sparkled and looked brand new. There’s ample leather sofa seating dotted everywhere to relax before your movie starts.
A good variety of snacks can be purchased ranging from Pick & Mix, Baskin & Robbins, pop corn, fizzy / still drinks, hot snacks, sweets and savouries.
Rest rooms are dotted everywhere once you’ve shown your tickets to the attendant, and the ambiance is one that makes you feel safe, secure and welcome.
Staff are approachable, attentive and have positive relationships with cinema members.
Mum and I had an amazing afternoon watching a Punjabi 🎥 from comfy, red leather seats. The temperature was warm, so it felt like watching a movie from the comfort of our own home, but on a HUGE screen, with amazing sound quality, which is something that only cinema viewing can offer.
The only feedback I can give is that the lifts were out of use, which was challenging for those with mobility issues. If Cineworld can fix this as a matter of urgency - then this cinema is 💯
