Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU so much to the Team at Camden today for hosting @protouchsa CIC Westminster Summer Holiday programme’s young people.

The trio Julian, Lauren (Manager) and Amin made us feel welcome and assisted my team with a few online issues we had with booking this morning.

Oh the Summer Family offer is great, please keep them for ALL school holidays as helps us a lot as 80% of our services are for FREE to local disadvantaged families.

On approach there are a decent few stairs to climb to get to the main lobby but there is a lift to the left hand side for those that need it. The Cinema is clean and staff were super friendly and were happy to help on several occasions. Enjoyed going here as it has a relaxed and chilled ambient - only a few guests which makes for a more peaceful experience. The screen was massive (Screen 1) with plenty of space. Seats nice and comfortable (was cheeky and swapped to a premier seat without issue once I realised that the screen was not full). The toilets are super clean which is also nice.

For 12.99 ticket the quality is very poor.
1) small screen size . Vue also has similar sizes but for much smaller rooms ,while here they have 8-9 rows. Feeling like you are at an overcrowded home cinema room…
2) height of seats in front of you is awful, you see the head of a person in front instead of 30% of screen
3) sound is awful, they had 4 speakers on each side in the room but only the front ones worked

I was # 5 and there were visible marks all over the screen. I’ve literally never been to a cinema where the screen has dirty marks on it. Many of the seats were knackered too. Place need a full reno, or maybe it’s just to a tourist trap as per the locale so they’re not bothered

The staff were really nice and accommodated our request -we told them it was our friend’s birthday and they (verified it) then gave him a Thor’s flask and our group a scoop of Ben & Jerry’s each.

never in my life have I had such bad staff, they laughed, they ate me three they worked, especially rude Mr. de la security AMIN AND ERNESTO. cinema sucks the screen of my house is bigger than that ... so that it was empty the only people were me and my sister they had 2 customers and they treated us badly.

A perfectly serviceable cinema located right next to Camden Town tube station. Standard drinks and snacks available. Screen 1 is spacious and makes for nice watching. Overall the temperature could be improved considering it’s January at time of writing. Standard tickets are under £10.

Surprisingly better then I expected the seats are in decent condition unlike a few other odeon branches. Fresh tasting popcorn and decent nachos. Only bad thing I could say was a constant draft in the cinema and the spotlights weren't switched off.
