Issues with the website meant it took us a couple of attempts to book tickets, however the experience was great. Huge theatres with lots of space. Recliner seats and a great range of snacks. Looking forward to going again.

The chairs are really comfortable and the staff are great! It does feel like this cinema lacks a few staff members for faster customer service, but that could've just been the time that I went.

Lovely cinema and lovely staff. Some many options with drinks and snacks. Salted or sweet popcorn etc. When a movie wasnt working they turned another on and gave us free tickets for the next time we went. Amazing experience.

We have attended this Cinema a few times over the past two years, we find it far nicer then the cinema in Huntingdon. This cinema is clean and tidy and the best part .. the seats recline and they’re leather so if you are concerned about cleanliness they’re easy to wipe over yourself.

Nice experience but dirty seats. Expensive car park paid £25.50 for 5 hrs which is a lot (the light cinemas got discount for their customers)
Why not here when people spending more money on tickets and foods.

Paid for reclining seats to have a comfy experience as we were watching Avatar which is 3h30mins long, and wanted to be comfortable for the long film and the seat was broken and did not even recline. Went to speak to staff before the film started about switching seats as there were spare and have them see if they can fix the issue to be told they would come and have a look in a few minutes, to which they never came. This is not good when you pay extra to have reclining seats and they don’t even check if they work before letting you sit there.

The seats in screens 1 and 2 have had the parts removed to fix the other seats around the cinema. This means they don’t recline. You don’t find this out until you go into the screen. Vue have very kindly put a notice on the door but don’t tell you when booking, I assume they are concerned about people not booking if they know.

Tables at the seats were dirty and sticky, assume they are meant to have a quick sweep up and wipe down between films?

Seats comfy and ok apart from that…drinks and snack always expensive so advise bringing your own bits 👍🏻
