Great, watched the new Brad Pitt movie Bullet Train. Sat in the VIP seats. Nice, spacious and clean. Quite busy - £3 special offer day. Queue for snacks/beverages very long - bought bits from local supermarket instead (cheaper too)! Enjoyed the film too!

There is plenty of parking and you will be refund the parking cost when there are 2 paying adults using the cinema.

Food and drink are available here and sweets as per the picture. Nice night out.

VUE make using the meerkat code so difficult. Tried to book a ticket online. A notice stated you have to go to the venue to book it. So went to the venue to book it on the many machines they have. Noticed you couldn't do it on the machine either. You have to do at the till but you can't order your snacks at the till you have to do it at the machines and return back to the till for them to look at the ticket to prepare it for you 🤔. Could understand if they made it for you and call your number but the system doesn't really make sense. Also paid for a coke didn't have any at the till or the machine you can fill yourself only Diet or coke zero. Film was at screen 6 not only it smelled whilst walking into the screen. The seats are in need of renovation. And lastly when the film started probably counted on 5 occasions one of the lights would flash on and off. That is the reason for my 3 stars. Hopefully they will look into the ticket issue and renovate the cinema.

What can i say. The cinema was what you expect from a modern picture house
All touch screen purchases for tickets and food, drink.
Ample parking. Escalators , ramps and lifts. Easy access for all abilities.
My first time to the Cinema for some years. Would highly recommend.

Nice big screens. Prices are decent for the films.

Parking is non refundable on evening and weekend showings which is annoying.

A little walk from car park to the cinema entrance, fine for most but might be worth considering if you are going with infants or elderly.

Cinema is great. Especially VIP seating. Clean.
But if you book a late screening be aware the concessions close at 10pm. They don't make you aware when you book.

This is a great cinema for prices, location and food. It's definitely improved since its been refurbished although the queues are so long for waiting. More staff on release dates of marvel films is needed.

Vue vip seats had tear in the arm rests and
Regular seats could house my robust posterior.

Impressive how such a desolate cinema could house literal gallons of urine on the floor of the toilets.

But you can't best the service of the staff and you can beat that price.

One kind gentlemen was able to amend my ticket 🎫 with no problems at all. Even if his manager wanted to leave for the night at the twilight hours of 6pm, he went above and beyond to help get my tickets upgraded and honoured a online discount. What a star, 2 stars go to this gent alone.

The other 3 stars are lost on the facilities and maintenance.

Plus my infinitely lazy self reallt didn't want to take the stairs down but for some reason at 9pm they decided to turn the escalators off.

All in all you get what you pay for. 😂
