Love this place! Maybe pre-book your tickets if there's more than one of you. My partner and I had to wait for the 3rd showing of a film as there wasn't 2 seats beside each other. The chairs are so comfy, and there's a brilliant choice of snacks, food and drinks to choose from. The place is mostly clean apart from the ladies toilets. Staff were extremely friendly and understanding when a situation arose also.

normally I don’t have an issue with Vue but i went in today and I am over the age of 15, but the woman decided to tell me that I wasn’t. She was doing it in quite a rude way if I’m being honest, so I had to wait outside for somebody else to come in to give me a refund because I didn’t buy the tickets myself, but overall it’s a really good place. The chairs are comfy and it’s clean so that’s good but that one staff member has put me off ever coming back there. I would much rather go to real in Chorley they have better seats and overall nicer staff and it looks a lot better and it’s cheaper and for an extra £10 you can buy premium tickets and you can get ice cream midway through and they give you free drinks

Almost the perfect experience! Watching One Piece Red here was one of my favourite cinema experiences ever. Amazing food and drink, my only complaint was that the cinema speakers were a little too loud

It’s a handy Vue for me, I normally park up at the EV chargers and charge the car while watching a movie. Sadly the chargers were all broken so couldn’t do that. Standard Vue experience really. I always get the premier seats but my recliner was knackered so while watching the screen my feet would fall to the floor. Again that’s a standard type of experience all these recliners seem to be absolutely knackered in here.
Not complaining too much as I got cheap tickets via my tastecard membership and honestly it works out cheaper than renting the digital version. But the Preston Vue is in need of a bit of a refurb.

Clean, open planned, many workers behind the desks for quick queue times. The recliners were pretty good, but make sure when booking in a group of 2 you book smartly as the seats are connected in groups of 2 across the rows. 3d glasses were a bit cheap, for the cost of £2. Would recommend going, especially if you have a Vodafone or other deal.

Great seats, very comfy! The only thing I don't like is the 'menu' board where you buy snacks/drinks etc. Because it keeps scrolling you can't actually see the prices or options clearly - this needs changing. A scrolling screen is cool - but not functional at all.

Avatar in 3d, great movie. Nice cinema, comfy seats, OK price. Food (sweets) and drink a bit expensive as usual. Starbucks coffee, not a great fan but that's my personal opinion. Would recommend.

Went to watch Avatar 2 for a midday Saturday show. Staff didn't tell us that this was a 3D show as members of my group already wear glasses so cannot enjoy the 3D experience unless they're wearing their prescription glasses and the 3D glasses.
First we were charged for tickets and snacks. As we walked to show out tickets we were told this is a 3D showing, he then told us to return to the counter to obtain glasses. After going to the counter the staff there said the glasses are issued buy the staff that check tickets.
After sending us forward and backwards (the person with me was disabled and was made to walk forwards and backwards with me) at the counter we were told to pay £6 for 3D glasses when we weren't told it was a 3D showing otherwise we would have declined seeing this show time. The counter staff then offered the glasses and said "is that ok" sarcastically, as though I was going to view a 3D film without the glasses. Poor experience with Vue and after complaining they've done nothing but stated we'll advise staff. At the very least the charge for glasses is unfair, particularly when one of the people is visually impaired and wears glasses. Won't be returning to this Vue again.
