Paid extra for the best seats. Only 4 people in the room. No one checking who sits where, so probably best to buy the cheapest tickets and sit where you want if it looks nearly empty on the app. Screening started about 10 minutes late. Half an hour of trailers, best advice is to arrive 20 minutes late. Room was very cold. Partner asked staff if they could do something. Turns out that they didn't bother doing anything.

Tickets easy to book online with added advantage of QR code to avoid queuing at ticket office. Screen 6 was comfortable and clean.

Finished black panther 2 this evening waiting for the end of the credits when Jade a member of staff entered and told us all that there wasn’t a 2nd clip. Took her word for this and left just to find out there was a 2nd clip when I got home. She just wanted rid of us all, not impressed by VUE Strouds member of staff here. Other then that everyone was helpful.

On both my trips to your venue I was greaterd by friendly staff I found your premises very clean sets are super comfortable fantastic leg room fantastic

The Staff and Service were top quality.

However, the Cinema seats were badly worn and in need of repair; in screen 5.

Had a very poor experience. Very rowdy teenagers taking and shouting throughout the film. Another group of teenagers had brought 5 complete multi bags of crisps...30 small bags, and so we heard crackling crisp bags again throughout the film. The worst film experience. Our tickets were refunded at the end but a family trip out was completely spoilt.

The film was great. Went to the toilet after and couldn’t stop gagging! So dirty and slelt like pee really bad. Pay aloy of money to go in there, though they could get better cleaners! 🤮

Cinema was nice and clean but the popcorn and drinks was more expensive than the actual movie tickets. Other than that was good
