Cinema at Campus West Welwyn Garden City

Love this place! Gorgeous lounge area to relax before the film or show! Amazing prices and even better with a zebra card which gives you even more discount. Couldn't recommend this place more.

3 screens (one with 100 seats, and 2 with 50, I think), rarely busy & pretty comfortable. Very, very cheap too - especially considering the rip-off prices at the Odeon, Vue and so on. I take my son regularly, and a film, 2 drinks, a few snacks is about £23-25 total. You'll pay a third of that at least for a large Coke elsewhere.

This is an excellent local cinema showing a variety of relatively recent movies and occasional “live” performances by RoH etc. Staff are friendly and helpful, seats are reasonably comfortable, prices are competitive. There is a small screen which is quite intimate and a large screen which doubles as the main theatre for the venue. There’s a bar serving both alcohol and got drinks and limited snacks.

Children’s parties are hosted in the same floor as the cinemas. Noisy kids screaming and running around, spoils the ambience of the cafe. Won’t be coming again.

Cinema situated on the edge of town. Good facilities, comfortable with reasonable prices.

Very reasonably priced beverages - cheaper beer than most of my local pubs! Cosy screens and pleasant staff.

There was some diary confusion within our group, we had bought 3 tickets but only 2 of us were able to make it. We only realised this 2 minutes before the film started, but the staff were very kindly willing to refund the third ticket. We are very grateful for this and will be back again soon!

I prefer Campus West Cinema over some of the big name chains: the experience is more homely and spacious. It's almost got a bygone vibe - which is good. Also, it does not smell of old pop-corn.
Plenty of (P&D) parking adjacent and three screens - no.3 is the big one (Go for row H if you want plenty of leg room!). Screen No.1 is a little small and I avoid it for that reason.
Prices (Oct '21): Mon - Thu - Full Price £8.20, Fri - Sun - Full price £9.95. Some concessions available.
