We came here tonight for a film. The environment was great. The theater is clean and cosy. They don’t allow crisps in so no weird smell or food noises in the background. The projecting was good; no unwanted lights like some other cinemas.

Tonight we watched “Casablanca Beats”, an excellent movie featured the struggles and agencies of young Moroccan rappers and dancers. Glad that the Depot is screening films like this!

Really love this place - have recently been three times. A great venue with plenty of space to have a drink outside too.
But was disappointed with the cleanliness in screen 2 - hairs and debris on the seats which look as if they could do with a deep clean.

Lice this place. Lovely in the sunshine especially. The terrace is a glorious place to bask and share drinks. Lovely secluded garden too. Beautiful building and interior space. Great selection of films with the more recherché mixed with more popular choices. Lots of foreign language...and also blockbusters, cult classics and silver screen. Q and As great too. Lovely comfy seats. Love the screen one footstools. Why not Screen 2 also? The service here is dotty. Can't work it out. Plenty of staff but no-one knows what they're doing and it's so slow! Really annoying when you're trying to catch a film. And can we have the mixed nut bowls back now, please?

Fantastic independent cinema with restaurant, bar & social area to relax. 3 cinema screens so obviously restricted list of films. HOWEVER, most major films shown here, plus, loads of independent films, film seasons, film themes, live NT offerings etc. A great, relaxed, fun venue with much more atmosphere than any mainstream cinema. Food & drink available. Snacks, cakes, meals, drinks (including good selection of alcohol). Staff are friendly and enthusiastic.

This is a great venue easy to get to by train and very comfortable to sit in while waiting to go and watch a film. Coffee and cake lovely and a very fair price.
Cinema seats are luxurious and sound and picture quality is very high. Saw Moonage Daydream with David Bowie

Wow, what a beautiful cinema. The seats are the comfiest seats ive ever sat in. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Screens and sound wonderfully clear. It's a shame there's no fresh popcorn but they have the best packet popcorn ive ever tasted.
I think I'll be coming back again any time
I want to see a film.

Has a wonderful atmosphere which puts the visitors in a mood of well-being. The light and staff make it a good place to visit, even if not going to the cinema. The auditorium continues the good feelings with comfort and intimacy with the screen and the audience. Lovely!

Magical! Was taken to see She Said by daughter and son in law. Highly recommend it!

I'm disabled and was looked after like a queen throughout.
The disabled loos, two of them, are clean and the most accessible I've seen in a long time. We had a meal to die for afterwards. Fine dining at its best, not what you expect at the cinema, magical. Candle lit tables and top level restaurant food plus a most excellent cup of tea!
Our waiter was amazing. Everything about the whole evening was just perfect. Thank you
