Empire Cinemas - Slough

Not bad, decent one. But I found lack of some information boards. For example, I was struggling to find the rest room from screen 3. So it would be better if they can put those information boards outside every screen door. Plus the popcorn and cold drinks are slightly expensive. They cost more than the ticket itself..

Well editing my review based on recent visit.
Screen 8 was dull. Carpets are dirty. Halls are stinky.
Escalators were closed.
Over priced cafe and bar.

Staff was nice and polite.
Parking was refundable.

Not modern- very outdated cinema!
Screen 6 was small and damped. Seats needed to be fixed. Escalators were not working when the movie got finished and we had to use stairs. Front desk/reception staff was kind and helpful.

My first place to watch movie .. it is a nice place , toilets were clean , parking need to be done at queensmere shopping side in which we got confused bcos the Google showed other side parking .
U need to pay for the parking inside the queensmere machine.

We ate popcorn n nachos with ice coke .
It was a good experience.

The film was good, but the place it's self is not that good, coz some of the people that use the cinema have no respect for other cinema users, plus one time I went and see a film for 15 year olds and there was a 5 year old kid come in with his dad to watch the film, they sat near me, and the dad give the kid his phone to play on, so it was very difficult for me to watch the film with them there, so there for the people who run the cinema should be more aware that this is going on!!!!!!!

Worst cinema I've ever been to with the worst customer service I've ever seen. Truly a horrendous experience. Went twice in the last few years and both time ran into a plethora of problems and both times ended up walking out. Never again.

Seats were right front of screen, soft drinks were not available,wanted to buy Nachos but no cheese available 😢 wth is going on at empire cinema Slough!!!!

I had 2 tickets bought online. They charged me 2 extra pound . Explanation given is this is a new film. I asked where it is stated that new film have extra charge they were not able to show then I've been told in fact the extra charge is because this is a blockbuster . Again asked where is this written . The manager and the staff member couldn't show me this so I ve been told that this is the ticket provider that is charging me ( but obviously I paid Empire not the provider )! Basically they just charge whatever they want extra fees and you have no word to say. On top of this if you are with a child and expect to have a lifting seat then just bring your own as obviously they don't have any to watch a movie for kid ! This is the last time for me and highly recommend to avoid this awful place ( I won't comment on the horrible smell all around ….. ) can't wait the end of my movie to run out from here.
