We really enjoy our visits to this cinema. All tickets are £5.99, which is a plus. The cinema is comfortable and they have plenty of screens, so finding a suitable film and a suitable time to watch the film is usually no problem.

It's worth booking online as tickets go quickly. There is an online booking charge though, so if you want to avoid that then turn up to the cinema nice and early.

They are let down with a few things:

The toilets need fixing up and upgrading. They also need more toilets as they get busy before and after a film, and so there can be queues and a bit of a wait.

Queuing for tickets/popcorn, etc. This can be very slow, and could her improved with additional staff, especially during peak times.

The popcorn is too salty. This isn't just my personal view, it is way too salty and we now avoid buying it.

Parking is usually easy enough as the cinema is part of a larger shopping complex with lots of spaces. It gets busy at Christmas and can be busy at peak weekend times, but that's too be expected.

But three experience is good and definitely recommended.

Firstly the staff are not welcoming and not very helpful. Also the food was very distasteful and I was left very disappointed with it. The cinema had a unpleasant smell of B.O and food. Would not recommend this place however I did enjoy watching black panther 2 which is what I have given the starts for

The Chosen is excellent. Booking online didn't work. Phoned the customer service line - hopeless. Unhelpful recorded message goes round and round. One can't actually speak to a human. The website information differs from what the "customer service" believes is showing. Very frustrating. The self service ticket selling screen also had incorrect information! There was a helpful human at the cinema who sold me my ticket. The ticket purchasing debacle is off putting.

I came here due to it being cheaper than Cineworld in Feltham. The venue was clean and well maintained, and the interaction with staff was friendly and efficient.
Located in the main High St, you have access to restaurants and stores within easy walking distance.
There's a Lidl store right next door, if you want to grab snacks, donuts and a bottle of cold coffee while you watch the movie. Just be a bit discreet when taking them into the venue.

Recently been to Staines Cinema vue to see Avatar 2, it is by far one of the best cinemas I've been in in comparison to the cinemas I've been to in France.
The image quality, surround and sound clarity were crisp. You can actually feel the vibration run and around through you.
Nice disposition of the room, I liked the VIP chair that enhanced the experience.
Those of you that have a sweet tooth, sweets and candies paradise waiting at the first floor next to the tilts.
And very reasonable pricing !

The 4 stars are for the 2 young ladies at the snack counter (7/12/22 @ 8pm) who helped us after those stupid ordering computers confused and defied us (they're the minus 1 star 👌). I couldn't get it to let me have anything other than a coke with my popcorn deal, neither me or my friend could take the onions off our hot dogs, etc. I Pressed the help button and it said a member of staff would be there... I waited for some tech savvy teenager to appear, but they did not. Luckily these girls were our heroes and let us alter our orders at the counter, poured my sprite for me instead of making me work out the Freestyle machine too, and were super friendly even though we created a queue behind us 🙄😂. Do those computers really speed things up? They're hell. Ditch the order screens and hire more helpful staff like this 👌. I didn't get their names... but they'll know who they are 😂.

Was decent. Cheap and value for money. Lidl next door so we were able to grab some food and drinks before going in. Only downside when I entered the post into Google the route took us to the back entrance. We had to park the car somewhere else. When we walked to the vue cinema we were surprised to see a car park on site.

2 stars for clean cinemas and reasonable price but toilets are small and dated, no bins . Food and drinks prices are astronomical, a regular popcorn, and Nachos on its own costed just under £25. Absolute joke!!
