Free parking via validation on an iPad before you enter the screens in the main lobby, with lots of spaces in the large car park. Great air-conditioning for when it's too hot outside. Three different styles of seating available at different price points and a VIP gallery for the IMAX screen.

Great range of films but auto select machines did not seem to work, lengthy queue for tickets because only one till open which serves drink and food as well. Not especially roomy seating, even in premium area and the ads go on and on and on

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM IOAN. Visited recently and whilst waiting in the queue (combined queue for tickets and / or food) that has previously almost caused us to miss the film - Ioan approached us and made us aware of the wall mounted ticket machines. He even walked us over and showed us how to use them …. Exceptional.

Sorry to say that not a good experience. Tickets twice the price of Vue or Cineworld and cinema was freezing! People were sitting with their coats on. Staff were not as helpful as others have commented - no-one on sweet counter and when we asked 2 people who were standing around talking, they directed us to a queue where we were offered a small cup for £4:50. Don't go here if you want value for money.

Great cinema; big screens, lots of leg space, pretty comfortable seats. Sorely missing The Gallery though, hopefully that comes back soon with the unlimited nachos and popcorn!!

Great cinema, watched avatar in imax maybe I'm too short but don't think the seats were raised enough, brilliant sound and screen though and it wouldn't put me off going again, would be more careful with my seat selection

I've been to this Odeon many a time as I work in the bay but this visit could only be described as chaotic. The new way of ordering food (it might not be new but I've never ordered food like that before in the Odeon) was an UTTER pain. Not only were the screens really difficult to operate in that you had to really push the 'touch' screen to get any response from them but one simple box of popcorn took SO long to arrive even though there seemed to be about 10 staff members running around chaotically. Later on I ordered an overpriced hotdog that again took an age to arrive and they didn't even have ketchup! It was really poor, stressful, chaotic and disorganised. I probably won't visit again.

Local cinema to me, food is pricey but of good quality, lots of parking which is free if using the cinema or any of the other restaurants within the centre. Staff can be friendly and helpful
