Quiet, but had to ask someone to come to the till so we could actually buy a ticket to see a film, as staff to busy talking to each other, eventually someone came over from the Coffee shop.
Over priced sweets, and drinks. And nachos . Maybe if they reduced their prices more seats would be filled when the film started. ( Maybe it's quiet because of the Cost of living crisis)??
Before the film starts there are way to many adverts, and its way to noisy , think I'm gonna need ear protection next time we go.

Visited to watch The new Thor love and thunder film. All booked via app and were even able to use the meerkat 2 for 1 cinema coupon, all pretty smooth start to finish. Screen 1 was used at the time we visited, the screen itself had some ripples on the edges but they were mildly distracting.
Me and my son used the premier seating which was rather comfortable throughout the movie.

Took granchildren. Staff very helpful. No queues. Lovely and clean environment considering lots and lots of children and teenagers about. Great cinema.

absolute chaos!! the kiosk machines were slow and hard to use, the ticket and food prices are ridiculous, workers seemed to be standing around as the queue of people ready to collect orders were piling up, I had to wait 20 mins just for a drink and popcorn and ended up missing the first 10 minutes of my film because of how slow and unorganised they were. So annoyed with the service, thought it was outrageous.

Every time I visit the cinema here, either the screen is damaged or bad quality or there is no tiered seating and you have to look past peoples heads. I visited here a few weeks ago to see Halloween Ends and quarter the screen was missing. Complained to Odeon and nothing was done about it. Would visit Vue in Swansea if you had the option

£16 per ticket, much smaller seats so they can fit more in. Most uncomfortable 3hrs + my shoes stuck to the floor & when I walked up the steps to leave the bottom of my shoes were so sticky they were sticking to the carpet.
UNIMPRESSED & definitely will not be going back

Nice clean cinema but small screens. Expensive if taking the family and food and drink well over priced.
