Vue Cinema Swansea

We booked tickets online to save the hassle of waiting as its always quick and simple, we then bought drinks and snacks a little pricey hence the 4 star rating but other than that staff were lovely and was clean and tidy so we were pleased with everything and the movie was good so always a bonus!😂

I like going to Vue cinema, but can you please get the students to SHUT UP when the film or anything is about to start. The only downside they always seem to talk. every time I've gone in there even for quiet for the afternoon needs to be bit stricter with that. Also get people to TURN OFF THEIR PHONE.

Absolutely shocking customer service from staff on counter & manager herself. Visited the store this afternoon after facing difficulties when booking tickets for an upcoming film. The first member of staff simply said “dunno” and continued to play with his lanyard not making any attention to me or redirecting me to someone who could help. The next two members of staff were just as useless with one failing to acknowledge me and walking off. The next said he couldn’t be bothered to check through the bookings and continued to serve other customers whilst dealing with my issue which meant we went back to square one every time he decided to continue to serve me. I eventually spoke to the manager who was also very unhelpful and lacked customer service skills. No solution suggested, no help offered, I was simply told “don’t know then sorry”. When I then asked for a refund I was told to ring customer service upon which I asked for the number to contact and it was like I’d just asked her to do the most complicated, impossible task ever. None of the staff wanted to help and were rude. Will not return

I like this cinema however today was so cold for my daughter she had to keep her coat on and even this wasn't enough. In the summer it was way too hot with no air-conditioning on. I guess its Vue's way of survival due to the energy crisis.

Reasonably price, choice of standard or vip seats. 12 screens to choose from, plenty of toilets, refreshments on sale.

screen was nice and big however customer service was shocking!!!!!. Absolutely FREEZING inside the cinema. The seats were dirty. The gentleman over the counter was rude - kept rolling eyes when I had an enquiry. The staff look like they hate their job!

Comfortable seats and a good venue. Great parking around the area, and served by most bus routes. The LC2 water park and the National Waterfront Museum and the Marina are a few minutes away. Make a day of it!

Cheap tickets - makes it affordable for a family to go to the cinema without it costing a fortune to watch a film.

Nice staff, seats are decent but I certainly won't be buying drinks, popcorn etc, it's just far too much money - I made the mistake of ordering a large coca cola which cost me £5! Vue seriously need to look at what they charge for food.
