Pictures of damaged caused by removal company “white and company”. This is still like this despite this happening of the 9th November 2018. No body from company has contacted us so far, we have only been instructed by our solicitor that something might get sorted soon. Lack of communication!!!! Poor...

The movers were friendly, but communication was poor. They were quite rough and didn't have any equipment with them, no trolleys etc. When we unpacked all the boxes we found out that a fair number of items were damaged or broken, amongst others two mirrors, a wine glass, DVD cases, one of the glass shelves from the glass cabinet of my grandmother, the glass of a standard lamp, garden decorations, the top of a Moroccan cooking pot. When we informed White&Co they said that the broken items should have been noted earlier and that the insurance would not cover the damage. I would never recommend White and Company for an international move.

Very Poor. It is such a shame that this once excellent company has such dire customer relations. Probably OK if things go smoothly, but appalling if not. My goods arrived crushed from inadequate packing and mishandling. The response to my complaint has been abysmal - blaming everyone else (including me!). No proper apology, explanation or refund. I will use a different company for my next shipment. Please be aware.

We were moving country and needed specific dates and they were recommended. All booked and then we got a phone call saying they couldn't do those dates, and after phoning around it was too late to find anyone else. We had arranged that one of us would be there for the packing, the other to receive the items. With the change in date this wasn't possible but we took out insurance (at over 4k) to protect us from any issues. With the new dates we were not going to be able to unpack until months later.

Now we have unpacked, there are a few things missing, the sofa is damaged and we are told that the insurance is invalid as it's been more than 30 days since the move, which if we'd been told this was a clause we'd not taken out. And could have paid to replace the things damaged / missing with this money.

They left a book randomly in the middle of the floor, they didn't unpack the bathroom cabinet. The neighbours mentioned that they were all on the phones and only one person seemed to be actually packing. We had to pay for 3 days parking for them from the council, in a job that could have been packed in a day. The books turned up all bent, my kids could have done a better job packing.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend. It was expensive and definitely not worth the money.

We have just used White & Company to move from the UK to France. The packing team were brilliant and the back office team were great at handling all of the bureaucracy and paperwork needed.

The delivery team were able to cope with a few unforeseen glitches in the access to the property and did a fantastic job.

I would highly recommend them.

Careless company who damaged my rowing carbon fibre boat imported from Canada. This happened 5 years ago, the Canadian moving company did an amazing job in shipping the good strapped in the top of the container, with a lot of care.
When the boat was delivered in the UK, it was on the floor, and I could see the boxes around were totally unsecured. My boat was cracked at various points, the fin twisted. I obviously discovered that after removing the package, and after I signed all the paper works.
Also all my goods were properly numbered and a check list was made by the Canadian company in Montreal. The delivery men wanted to deliver to me a box containing sleds (from someone moving from Toronto) with different package type, and no numbers.

This was one of the many bad experiences I had in the UK. I was not aware the goods would be handover to such rubbish company. Since that I hope the Canadian company broke the partnership with Careless White & Company.

Used this company to move us some 100 mile and had used them before, so a returning customer because the Polish men where absolutely fantastic the first time, but on this move they used guys who just didn’t care about our furniture. Saw them forcing my lazy boy chairs through the door and break the wing back, broke a mirror and scratch several items including an oak dinning table. Do not use them. Never heard back when I sent photos of damage, plus some of this furniture travelled to the USA and back before this move without anything getting damaged. Offered them our moving blankets we got from the USA to cover the wooden furniture but they didn’t use them.
