Access Transport Removals & Storage Ltd

We used Access Transport for our recent move and would highly recommend their service. From the initial quote (which was very competitive) through to moving day they were helpful, friendly and professional. We used their packing service and they were very careful and organised and got everything packed up in good time. They delivered all the boxes to specified rooms and put furniture in rooms as we requested in record time. The boys did not stop working for a second and it was a very hot day, I was really impressed with their work ethic.

Access were extremely competitive on price & delivered an excellent level of service. Their packing service was quick but carefully done - no breakages & everything labelled. Moving day was equally efficient & all items placed into correct rooms in new property.
I would highly recommend Access for value for money & high standard of service.

From start to finish the team was brilliant. They were all friendly, courteous, careful and extremely professional. They made the move as stress free as possible, taking a traumatised cat and sweltering heat in their stride. I cannot speak highly enough about Access Removals - their service was amazing and made our moving day almost stress free.
Craig, Frank and John were brilliant throughout the move.
They provided all the packing material two weeks in advance of the move, as discussed with Andy at the initial meeting.
They came the day before moving to pack our kitchen and do one load of moving.
Then on moving day they had our house fully packed by 12pm as needed.
This included dismantling number of large items including beds and wardrobes.
Everything was unpacked and assembled by 4pm at new property.
Pricewise - Access Removals were extremely competitive. Andy (the manager) was extremely professional at the initial meeting.
Overall a great experience, and would not hesitate in using Access removals in future.

Movers were friendly and personable. Owner went out of his way to help with my wardrobe door which was misaligned after reassembling. It’s now good as new.

I was thinking about doing the removals myself and after I got a quote from them it was a no brainer and just let the professionals do the work. When i say a professional set up i was well impressed. They was able to get into my house the day before and started to load the lorry with no issues. The removal day arrived and extra men were brought in to fill the rest of the vehicles up and they were completed and out by 11:30am. Then then had to wait until 4pm for us to get the keys and they waiting with no issues or moaning. Other staff that had finished another job were sent over to assist them and help with the unload. Very happy with the removal and would recommend to anyone

After all the panic of "will we move?"; "is it still happening?"; "it's all off!"... etc., we did get to moving day, and the lads from Access were just what we needed to get through the day... I had never seen a bloke balance a sofa on his head before that day...! 😁 They were professional without being officious; and friendly and a pleasure to have a bit of banter with... And they were patient with our wee delay in the middle of the day, ultimately getting us to our new home after that, and made it a stress-free conclusion to a very stressful few weeks. I'd recommend them and use again (if I'm ever draft enough to want to move again!)

Access moved us last Friday 12th November, packed up our house on the Thursday moved us down on the Friday, have to say, just brilliant, from the moment they came through our door till the time they left, could not have asked for better. Not one thing broken, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
