They were really professional and very approachable since the beginning.
For a start, they came to the house to see what we wanted to move to give us an accurate quote and to understand what services we needed.
Then they kept in touch after we booked the movie service, and happily answered all our questions.
When the move date arrived, they were on time, and were calm and professional. Everything was moved smoothly, super fast and they were friendly and very helpful with everything that was necessary.

Excellent customer service from Chaz and his team. They went above and beyond. They moved my one bedroom flat to a 3 bedroom house. They also moved all the furniture into rooms that they needed to go both upstairs and downstairs. A very professional service throughout. Could not ask for a better removal company. Moved me from north London to South London. Very careful with my stuff to ensure no breakages.
