5 star service. The guys arrived on time, packed and moved everything carefully and quickly. Every fragile item was paper wrapped and put into their reusable plastic boxes. Nothing is damaged or even scratched on the way. TV and furnitures are secured with bubble wraps.

They even managed to move the eggs without cracking them.

Couldn't recommend DBM Express enough! I was encouraged by the all the positive reviews and they more than deserve the 5* rating! They were fab. The DBM team helped us move in London: efficiently packed up our house on the hottest day of the year without complaint and helped us move the next day. All the guys that helped us move were so friendly and helpful (esp as I'm nearly due to give birth!); and helped us with reassembling furniture at the other end. The whole process was smooth and stress free and we really felt well looked after! Promise you - do not look further than these guys!!

DBM Express were great throughout the process: responding promptly to our (several!) questions and providing a clear quote for the works, then staffing both the packing and the moving perfectly with enough people to get everything done very efficiently with no hiccups. They worked hard even in the rain. Nothing broke or was damaged, and they dismantled and re-assembled our furniture brilliantly. We would definitely recommend.

The team at DBM Express were brilliant at every stage of our move. Eduard did a brilliant and thorough job on the video survey and really accurately estimated our requirements. Alina and the office staff were very patient with all my questions and queries. And the team who packed up and moved us were incredible. They worked so quickly, so professionally and were incredibly strong! There were a lot of steps at our new home and they made moving all our heavy furniture and boxes look almost effortless. The packers were very professional and honest. We’ll dressed, polite, clean. They were very respectful of newly painted walls and newly laid carpets. Using multi reusable large sturdy plastic crates is cleaner and better for the environment and less waste to dispose of. Less cardboard means less dust in moving too. Crates need to be returned within a week but I was able to extend by another week but I didn’t need it. Forcing you to unpack all the crates means you don’t hoard or keep things that never get unpacked.I would definitely use them again. I have recommended to a friend who was also very pleased with the service.

I was so impressed with the 3 men who carried out the move today. They were super quick, protected everything thoroughly, and were so professional. The job wasn’t easy with the lift being broken and having to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs.
I really appreciate the hard work and will definitely be using the service again in the future. Highly recommend.

My husband and I hired this service to move into a new house. The team were extremely professional, they picked our entire home including furniture with extreme care. Nothing was damaged, from boxes to TV and computers, all was very carefully wrapped and transported. We paid only to have our furniture assembled in the new place and that was all very quick too. I will definitely be using their services again if we move and recommend to all my friends.
