Inline Removals and Storage

I hired Inline Removals to co-ordinate my move recently as they were by far the stand out candidate of all of the three companies I had out to quote. The move co-ordinator did a very thorough site survey of my property and talked me through everything that would happen and what type of materials and vans were used, it was great to know all of that information in advance. I also had some follow up queries that I sent in by email and these were all responded to very swiftly!

I decided to go with the 2-day pack and move service so the team allocated to my move came in on the first day and packed most of my belongings ready for moving the next day, they were very attentive towards my things and everything valuable or fragile was wrapped extra carefully. On the second day the team came back for the remainder of the packing and the actual move itself, they were a friendly and fun bunch which always helps in stressful situations!

They were also polite, professional, helpful and very respectful towards me, my house, my belongings and my dog! Moving into the new properly went very smoothly, the team unloaded quickly and put back together any furniture that had been dismantled. They also went above and beyond and got my fridge into a very awkward spot, this was a massive help! I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received from the team at Inline Removals, I wouldn’t think twice about using them again for a future move and would be very happy to recommend them! Very reasonable price too for an outstanding service! Thanks very much to all!

Very efficient and courteous removals company

AMAZING SERVICE WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Gavin and Jay were exceptional! Moving out was so stressful but thanks to their patience and over and above service i felt so much better. I would highly recommend them! They provided enough boxes, for everything from paintings, instruments, glass tables, etc and my paintings were safely stored!

I received a flyer through the door which happened to be perfect timing as we were going under offer so starting to plan our move. I called them up and got hold of Terry. He was quickly able to arrange a survey, in person as we were just down the road. He arrived, was very respectful of distance, etc due to covid and was extremely quick. Before I knew it, we had a quote and I was happy to proceed. Then came the tricky part - actually agreeing a date to move. Unfortunately our purchase suffered many delays. I was in touch with both Terry and Lisa who were always so understanding and patient with me. I felt terrible that day after day, move dates got pushed, but I simply received new dates that they had availability each time. They were also very considerate of the stress of the purchase which was wonderful. I am very sad to say that when we were able to exchange, the agreed date for completion wasn’t free for Inline so we couldn’t book them. We were so set on using them, that when we couldn’t book them, we decided to hire a van and do it ourselves. But boy did I wish it could have worked out. I could tell from my daily interactions that the team at Inline would have done a fantastic job moving me. They were honestly the only positive experience I had of our purchase, so I am glad to see just how busy they are and I hope many other movers will seek them out to help with their moves.

I had a great experience with inline removals - they kept my car clean and restarted it a few times after the battery died with no extra charge. My car was safe and sound when I picked it up and they were always very professional and helpful.
