Excellent service from start to finish. Bill and Jo in Mallorca explained in great detail the whole paperwork process now required due to Brexit, gave clear deadlines required and timelines on collection, transport and delivery, especially as it was nearing Christmas when we were leaving Mallorca to return to the UK. Their guys did a fantastic job collecting our belongings - friendly, efficient and great care given to wrap all furniture and any other items that needed extra protection. All paperwork was submitted to the relevant authorities on time to allow the easy export and import of our belongings and all possible charges clearly explained at every stage. They even managed to get our load on the last transport out before Christmas, despite advising it would probably not go until after Christmas. Great communication throughout the process there and it continued at the UK end too. Gareth was in contact once our belongings arrived in the UK to arrange a delivery date which they managed to achieve despite many other deliveries booked already for the New Year. Punctual and super efficient delivery, very friendly and helpful guys delivered all our stuff in perfect condition - we really couldn't have asked for more. Webbs made the stressful and worrying process of moving house and country so much easier with their professional and considerate conduct from start to finish. The copious paperwork and red tape involved now because of Brexit was handled perfectly to allow for a seamless removal process. Thanks guys. Highly recommend *****

We used Gareth (UK) and Bill (Mallorca) to organise a permanent move from UK to Mallorca. The service at both ends was absolutely brilliant. The managed the complications of Brexit and Spanish customs seamlessly. Both UK and Mallorcan teams were excellent, and the packing was superb. Not a single breakage, which is highly commendable. I should add that this was a large move (4 bed house plus garage and studio) and the advice we got from Webb's about dealing with the formalities was spot on. I'd strongly recommend them without hesitation.

We used Webb’s a few years ago prior to coming back before the pandemic. Moving out to Mallorca and dealing with the UK side of the business was faultless, however this is not the same story for Webb’s International.

Despite coming to the house to spec the move, Mr Webb grossly underestimated the amount to be moved and sent the wrong sized truck for pick up. He implied that we brought more items to the house between quoting and moving, despite them moving us to the island and already having the itinerary of our goods. They left items in the house that we had to leave behind as he refused to pick them up, apart from a bike, that we had to deliver to his depot. The day the packers arrived, they decided to leave the kitchen to the day of the move and the whole day they were with us, Mr Webb was constantly calling them to go to another job that they had double booked on. He then accused us of telling the chaps to leave, which we stated would never have been in our interest as we had paid for the house to be packed! Why would we then not want the house packed 🤷🏼‍♀️

The rudeness and lack of respect that ensued from dealing with this man, especially when directed at me over my husband was awful. The whole process was the complete opposite to moving out to the island, where his son’s operation was slick and professional.

Beware that whilst they advertise they are British and Spanish accredited, this is not actually the case on the Spanish end. We reported them to The Furniture Ombudsman but were informed that they couldn’t cover the claim for Mallorca. We then contacted FEDEM and they do not cover them. Read the small print on their emails and website and disputes are actually only covered to UK domestic work. So you will not be covered should something go wrong in Mallorca, like it did for us.

When a case is not taken by the FEDEM because Webb’s are not covered in Mallorca, it has not ‘upheld’ that there was no wrong doing by Webb’s. Another fantastic example of Bill bending the truth to what he see fit!

Use with caution.

Excellent service for our move from UK to Mallorca. The team looked after us well and our belongings, taking all the hassle and paperwork off our hands. Would definitely recommend.

The Mallorca team, headed by Matt, were very helpful, very pleasant and packed my furniture very well. Gareth and the UK team were also very helpful and efficient. From the two chaps packing in Mallorca, and the delivery in UK couldn’t have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to your organisation, but if this is the standard (which I expect it is) I cannot recommend Webbs Removals more highly.

An absolutely useless company . Transported a car to Mallorca and filled in the incorrect paperwork resulting in an unnecessary customs charge. Gareth Webb would not correct his mistake let alone acknowledge his incompetence. He has made no effort in resolving the mess he alone caused.
This company has little knowledge of the product they sell and this will cost its clients dear.

Webbs response to this review is nonsensical..The car was imported in my name when it should have been imported in the registered keepers name.This basic mistake by Gareth Webb has resulted in the Spanish customs agency refusing to issue a refund.This mismanagement is what you will receive if you use Webbs International Removals...No apology and no attempt to rectify their mistake.

Webbs International removals response is absolute nonsense.They knew the V5 document was in the keepers name.They knew I was not the registered keeper of the vehicle but they continued with the importation process in my name.
When Gareth Webb realised his mistake he urgently asked for the registered keeper to email him a letter changing the registered keeper to myself.. Obviously this was an idiotic move as the V5 document could not be altered.
Thus Spanish customs would not accept this letter.
Webbs assertion that they do the best for their clients and that they are blameless is laughable. Webbs have no idea about regulations in the EU and their clients will be left to pick up the costs..By the way Gareth my name is spelt Anthony but you couldn't even get that right.
Have subsequently won a Court judgement against Webbs Transport proving that they are incompetent.
Will be sending in the Debt Collector as Webbs are refusing to comply with the judgement .If no collection is made I will seek a winding up petition at the High Court for Webbs Transport.
