House & Carriage

My partner and I recently used House & Carriage to move house. The experience couldn't have been better and they helped make it as smooth a process as possible. Communication with the main office was always prompt and the team who helped us actually move were amazing. Danny, Steve and Luke were friendly, professional, considerate and yet very quick.

They were really careful to protect items and flooring and when it was unclear where certain items should go they would come and ask. When it came to moving things they didn't hang about and it was impressive to watch!

Wonderful service! We used House and Carriage for a long-distance move from Oxfordshire to Scotland in Dec 22 and they were excellent! The removals team were super efficient and careful (and really nice too!) and the admin team in the office were 100% helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

We used House and Carriage for a house move that required storage. A new facility in Witney convinced us to go with this company together with the rave reviews. We were not disappointed and the move was seamless from the quality of the packing to the final delivery with no damage whatsoever. The team were a team and it is possibly wrong to pick out any individual since they all worked together.
House moving is quite stressful and a good removal company is paramount, this company are not good they are excellent.
And don’t forget the back room staff, they are a part of the team.

As we all know moving house is hard work and stressful but the team from House and Carriage did all they could to help me in my move completed yesterday. I had every confidence in them after meeting Tom who made the initial survey , phone calls have always been friendly and the team of guys were amazing all of them were efficient, polite and full of humour. We used the team to move 2 van loads of bedroom furniture down to Cornwall. From initial contact, through to booking the delivery and then the team delivering the items, we were kept informed every step of the way. The delivery team were exceptional, the product was heavy, awkward and it was a hot day, they had 2 flights of stairs - but they got everything in, with no damage to anything and couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. Excellent company. Highly recommend.

Love! Love! Love! Hired them for a full move + packing service and you can't fault them on ANYTHING. If you want as stress free a move as possible, hire them.
